Bought this item in conjunction with the nighthawk router. Very simple setup, have had no issues at all and well worth the cost vs saving the rental fee from the cable company.

With all the we have using wifi, there is plenty of room to add even more and still have lots of speed. It does lack setup guide and you have to go on line to do what little set up there is.

I was looking for a faster modem. I found it! exceeding the cable company's promise, it provides as close to instantaneous response as I can hope for. And so much cheaper than renting theirs!

Does exactly what it needs to do, nothing more nothing less. Had it for a few years with no issues

What is there to say? It's a mid priced modem and it works with my 100mb internet connection. Easy setup, just plug it in and call the internet company to provision it and that's it.

This modem was really easy to setup and start using. I had to replace previous one because of lightning striking our house. I had my whole system burn up on my network.

Purchased modem to receive updated ISP speeds. Quality modem that delivers fast download & upload speeds. Actually receiving more speed than suggested by ISP.

I have Comcast but didn't want to continue to rent my modem so I decided to buy my own instead. Very easy to setup, works great! Getting speeds higher than Comcast says my plan is at. Plan is at 75mbps and I am getting 90mbps. Unit does not have wi-fi which is fine since I got a new wi-fi router as well that's 5Ghz.

Just the modem I needed to get the internet speed and whole house coverage required. Well worth the money. Highly Recommended in order to get the maximum performance from my service provider!

So glad I bought this modem. My ISP hardware was always giving me problems. It's been smooth sailing since my purchase of this modem.

I have no idea what to write it's telling me there's a minimum of 50 characters. It's a cable modem it works and I've had no issues, what else can I type.

Children were always complaining about internet being out all the time. Found out modem had to be replaced. Purchased this one, easy to set up and haven’t heard the kids complain at all.

The first unit I received failed to performed as expected. After spending 4+ hours with Time Warner to debug this modem, I replaced this unit with the same model modem. This replacement unit worked well with Time Warner's 300 Mbps service. No problem replacing unit at Best Buy. Deducted 1 star due to the failed unit.

Works well and is fast. Great product for the money.

Blazing fast nothing matches this beast - I have mine hooked up in the bedroom and its very bright !nd because the unit has holes on the outer case from head to toe - it casts evey hole on your wall and cieling

No issues. 2 months and counting! Blazing fast! Tech home. 3 smart tv's, 2 apple tv's, 4 tablets, 4 smartphones, and 1 PS4 w/ AC bridge and nighthawk router w/ high-speed internet. Never had an issue!

I bought two of these to replace modems I was paying for to rent from COMCAST. Now I pay nothing to rent, I own them both and the way these handle the incredible speed COMCAST provides is awesome! Thank you ARRIS!
