Just upgraded from my old surfboard sb6121 (I think) as I upgraded everything in my network (my ISP told me end of life was up on the 6121 and I should upgrade to get faster speeds). Don;t really see much of a difference from the old one, but hopefully it is just something I would not really see.

Does exactly what it is suppose to do. Works well with Cox, just make sure you call and coordinate with them if you are self-installing

We had to replace a modem dying a slow death in a city where extreme temperatures in the summer can affect the modem ability, quick and easy to set up and is working fine. The auto-setup option however didn't work we actually had to call Spectrum to manually link the modem.

The HUB is a great product for the advanced user. I connected my Apple Airport Extreme and it is providing the Gigabit speed I require to function in my home office. Oh and no leasing fee from TWC!

Everything you could want for the speed and price. I got good advise from the guys at Best Buy for the modem that was compatible with my internet provider. Set up was quick, and no issues so far.

This model is fast enough for what I need at home. I'm pretty satisfied with the performance. Plus, I got this for a cheaper price since Best Buy does match even online deals like Amazon!

This one is much more attractive and it hasn't lost connection like the old one I was using. Very happy with it.

This modem was extremely easy to set up. I was coming from a DOCSIS 2.0 modem, so my upload and download speeds immediately improved. Very happy with this purchase, so far. Have owned for 6 weeks.

I'm paying for a certain speed with my internet provider and with this product I'm getting faster speeds than what I'm paying for...enough said...this is a must have modem for your home...

WE HAVE AN OLDER HOME AND IT WAS HARD TO GET WIFI IN OUR FAMILY ROOM. THE STRENGTH AND COMPACT DEVICE WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED FOR OUR SMART TV AND COMPUTERS. LOVE IT.

Bought this to replace an older DOCIS 3.0 because comcast increased my speed. Works well and was easy to setup - the activation with comcast is always hit or miss depending on the rep you get.

Best purchase this year as Cox doesn't need ANY more extra bucks from me. Setup was easy with one call to Cox Tech Support. Zero problems since, just majorly improved speed.

I have 200Mbps down and I'm getting the maximum speed I paid for and more. Haven't had issues with the device itself and works fine with Spectrum/Time Warner.

I did plenty of research n it's great combination of speed and price. Very reliable

Had to get new modem to "work" with Comcast/Xfinity. This is up to their standards for a modem, and it works very well for what it's suppose to do.

When I moved and TWC MAXX increased speed I couldn't get the 200/20 so I had to upgrade. Never lease modems always own your modem. Never buy combos for Wi-Fi already use separate router

This modem has greatly enhanced and truly optimized performance to an older HP desk top through the requirements of the internet provider which has also affected my laptop & phone via router.
