Needing internet for a small business, Cox only approves four modems (only two are available for purchase in stores). This modern is perfect for my needs and affordable.

I wanted something that could handle future configurations from my cable co. This product says it will handle it, like IPV6 protocol. I have had no problems with it since I first hook up. Very fast.

I was having problems at my work office , and COX CABLEVISION said I needed to update. Corrected the problem. I went back and got another one for home office.

Easy to set up , works great with my google nest router. No surprises, just needed for higher speed internet.

Works as advertised. Lights are a bit bright but if that doesn't bother you, it does exactly what a modem needs to.

Works really well. Easy to setup. Other than calling the IP to give the MAC address it was basically plug and play.

In about a month and half since I purchased this modem, except rebooting twice on its own, the modem is working without any issues. I cannot say for sure whether reboot was forced by internet service interruption or due to the modem issue. The setup was very easy was completed in less than 5 min.

My old DOCSIS 3.0 modem served me well but when I upgraded to 200MB download speed it blew up. This ARRIS modem handles the extra download speed easily! I highly recommend it.

Worked awesome, even though I am returning let me try to save someone else some time. If Mediacom is telling you to buy this because your internet is down tell them you want to terminate the service. If att isn’t an option in your area look up a company called EarthLink they have fiber running through Springfield and att is subcontracted for their fiber installs. With no data caps. In short screw Mediacom and it’s predatory practices.

I was tired of paying TWC 8 dollars a month between rent and "taxes". The unit was easy to set up... even though TWC swore there was an outage when in fact I just needed to provide the MAC and SN.

I bought the Arris modem instead of leasing from the cable company. Best decision I’ve made. It works very well and with the extended warranty you can’t go wrong.

This does exactly what you need it to and the best part is that you do not have to break the bank. Plus, you do not have to pay to rent one from your ISP.

Bought this to use with Xfinity in Houston and have had zero issues to date with very fast internet speeds! Much better than paying a monthly fee to rent through Xfinity.

I'm an avid network and IT person. I don't like having to pay for renting a modem from Time Warner Cable/Spectrum if I don't have to. This modem works really well in conjunction with my Netgear router and allows for me to fully utilize my 100Mbps/10Mbps Internet speeds.

Works on Cox 300Mbps. Consider buying the next model up to really be ready for the next big speed increase. Currently there are 24 channel modems compatible with Cox. But this is very stable.

We use this modem with 1 gig fiber internet and it is exceptional. Pair it with a mesh WiFi router and it’s a great way to use the internet.

This was the easiest modem I’ve ever set up. I came home from the store and within (this includes calling my ISP) 15 mins modem was set up and working fine.

I upgraded my modem from the Motorola 6141. I immediately saw a huge difference in performance. I work from home and a dependable connection is a must. This modem has exceeded my expectations.
