After my prior model failed after a lightning strike I picked up this model. So far it's very fast and I haven't had any issues.

I purchased this modem to because it just didn't make sense to keep renting one from Cox. This one gets far better speeds than any one that they ever provided me. I highly recommend it.

I purchased this modem to take advantage of TWC's recent upgrade to provide download speeds of 300 mbs. This modem alllowed me to obtain download speeds consistent with TWC's offering.

for what this item cost I couldn't ask for anything better, easy to set up once I called comcast and has worked without a single issue

Had this a few weeks and it’s worked great so far with a 300 mbps connection. Just needed a laptop with an Ethernet port to do the initial set up

This modem is perfect and allows me to eliminate the $11 monthly fee from Optimum

I was told by my ethernet provider it wont work as good as their own but it works just fine the speeds on my service still decent

Bought this instead of renting my equipment from spectrum. It’s more reliable and works better with my mesh network. Well worth the $70 price tag.

Needed this new modem when I switched internet providers from AT&T to xfinity. It does what it needs to do.

So I finally got rid of my comcast modem and purchased the ARRIS SB 6183. What a dramatic change in speed and connectivity. I have a much stronger signal and range.

I was apprehensive about getting my own modem. This model was easy to set up and is working very well. I’ve had it for about three months and have had no problems.

I wanted to purchase a cable modem so that I could reduce the number of line items on my Comcast bill. And this was on sale, which made it an even better deal. It does the work just as well, if not better (no lag times) than the Comcast modem.

Works great and was very easy to set up. I had to call support to diagnose and issue which turned out to be my providers issue and they were still able to help me!

Unlike my previous modem, I was able to set this one up without having to call my internet provider to ping it. Less than 5 minutes to unbox and set up.

I recently switched from xfinity xFi to the arris and eero mesh system and hands down is amazing! Installation was super easy too.

I acquired this modem to upgrade to a DOCSIS 3.0 modem to take advantage of faster internet cable speeds. Set-up was quick and with just a phone call to my internet provider compleed.

Works great and no issues to date. Replaced my optimum modem and didnt skip a beat. Will pay for itself in a about a year.
