Modem was significant improvement over my previous modem. Solid performance with multiple devices in simultaneous use. Exceeded my expectations.

This is a good modem but I can't say that I really recommend buying modem's outside the ones provided by your internet company. Router's. That's a different story. They make good router's now day's. Modem's are pretty much all the same though.

Compared to the ISP rented modem this is worlds better. Much faster boot times and consistently getting better than advertised speeds even at peak usage times.

I acquired this modem to upgrade to a DOCSIS 3.0 modem to take advantage of faster internet cable speeds. Set-up was quick and with just a phone call to my internet provider compleed.

Upgraded from the sb6141 because I have the faster speed internet with TWC. I am picking up faster uploads and downloads based on speed test then with the SB6141. Good upgrade.

This modem has been a great addition to our household. It was a quick setup, and no issues have presented themselves. Great product, easy installation, awesome customer service.

Purchased this cable modem as my old one just couldn't run the speed of internet that I have. This one has worked flawlessly to this point and I have been very pleased with it.

Love arris modems. This one is no different, last one finally started to go, replaced and activated with Comcast with ease.

My old modem broke so I decided on this. Much better speeds than my old one and price was good. Stop renting modems from your ISP and buy one.

All I can say is this combined with a nighthawk router has taken the 105MB speed from Comcast and amped it to 126MB. Love this modern.

durable stuff and easy to use , need more power to textgend the distance

Finally decided to stop renting equipment for our internet...so happy we did, runs so much smoother & haven't had to constantly reset our modem.

I was having a lot of problems with my previous modem so I decided to give this one a try. Works great. Have had no problems and have been using it for several months. So far so good.

Needed to reach dead spots in house and this did the trick. More dependable than the primary router and easier to use.
