This modem did exactly what it was designed to do - provided fast internet connectivity and allowed me to stop renting a Mediacom modem. However after 6 months we started to notice a chemical burning smell coming from the modem. We also found that it was very hot to the touch when going long periods without a reboot. We returned it for a different one of the same model. Again we started having the same experience 6-9 months later with the second one. We wound up using a netgear router instead and so far so good (knock on wood...)

Literally took 10 Minutes to set up! Works great and a great price. Employee at Best Buy was very helpful!

It just works. It took roughly 12 hours for Time Warner's system to recognize the new modem and update, but after that my speed and connection was better than ever.

Replaced older modem, New one works well, no trouble activating, quick setup, had to call cable company and give them the new MAC address.

Registered it with my internet service provider (Optimum) and it operates flawlessly. This is all I need since not being a TV owner.

Very happy with Arris SURFboard Modem 600 series. I have Comcast XFinity and set this modem up along with new Linksys router.

Tired of paying Comcast for their modem? Then by this one and it will pay for itself. It will still be operational in the future when they roll out speed increase again.

Was suggested to get this after a in home consultation. Had it hooked up, it’s fast and I haven’t had any problems with it.

We like the user-friendly lights on the modem letting us know if we are connected to the Internet or not. Worked great right out of the box... minimal setup time.

Immediately after hooking up this modem, I noticed improved speeds with my wi-fi. I was able to download On Demand items on my DVR, which had been impossible previously.

The fastest modem on the market when I bought it. It's compatible with the majority of Internet providers. We have time warner and it works great with their service.

Came quickly. I did not realize I needed an Ethernet attachment to set it up and my Mac does not have one. I sent for one and increased my interned speed as well. Waiting for dedicated quiet time in order to complete setup.

Bought this after reading reviews and it works great! Easy to set up with or without instructions. Would recommend to anyone.

No issues with all here. Replaced the Comcast modem I was overpaying for, for years, and this did the trick to unlock that speed. Good price too.

My original router from TWC decided to give up the ghost, so I decided it was time to buy my own. This modem works better then the standard modem they provide.

I was changing from Frontier to TWC and needed to replace my internet modem/router. I already was using an Apple TimeCapsule as a wifi router, so I only needed to capture the signal from Time Warner. This modem easily handles my 200 mbps internet speed.

Great modem, works well if you don’t need an additional Ethernet connections. Purchased this to replace the stock spectrum modem for google Wifi.
