I purchased this product to replace a similar product that had reached the end of its service life. With my current internet provider, I am achieving download speeds in excess of 400 under optimal conditions and close to 200 in suboptimal conditions. It works great with my wireless router. I would definitely buy this product again.

works great and was easy to set up. Have not had any issues.

I'm no techie but set up was relatively easy. Modem works well with Xfinity internet.

My upload went from 1.2 mbps to 16.2 mbps. Install took me about 5 minutes to remove the old and put in the new. Make sure it is compatible with your carrier. Turned 8 days of upload into 22 hours AND I got use of my internet back even while the upload was on going at 16.2 mbps.

This is the only modem WOW supports for 500M - 1G download speeds. You have to call WOW support to have it setup. Also, make sure they tune it properly so you get your full bandwidth. My tech had to put me on hold a couple of times to get some settings adjusted.

Best Buy Rep recommended. I asked for a modem that was not expensive that would meet the new standards of Cox Cable. I am not an internet junkie and did not really know what I needed. I did know that I did not want to spend several hundred dollars. Got this modem, took it home, plugged it in, WORKS GREAT. Easy to set up and install.

I picked this to replace the SB6120. The SB6190 is a beast as it is very stable. In fact the only time I've had to restart it is when we get the occasional power surge. It's super fast as i'm tiered to get 150 Mbps and I'm consistently getting 175-178 Mbps. I have this paired with an ASUS RT-AC88U and I get great wireless speeds throughout my house as well.

This modem is very easy to set up and operate. Connect the coax cable into the modem, plug in, then attach the CAT cable out, and you're ready to go. The lights are clear, defined, and unique, so you don't have to remember the order of the lights (ex. power, down, up, online)

i have comcast and did my research before buying a new modem. this s the one that in my opinion and found by others opinion works the best. i had the last model but had reached its end of its life and this one has worked with no problems and is easy to setup as well. a must for comcast to avoid paying a rental fee, why rent when you can own your own!

I purchased this modem primarily to replace the Comcast mandated rental that was costing $10/month. Very easy to set up. It will pay for itself in less than an year and as far as performance, I honestly can't say I've noticed any improvement but it's certainly not any worse, and the specs promise to keep up with technology for a while.

Our internet is significantly faster since we installed this modem, but we lose connection frequently and have to reconnect. To be fair, we aren't sure if it is the modem or our provider. The installation instructions were quite lacking. We did call for support. Even though he was very nice, the agent's broke English and lack of knowledge were of no help to us.
