This new modem improved my connectivity and internet speed.

So far no lagging and get awesome connectivity with modem i love it.

just replaced the Comcast modem with Arris and thing went ery smooth and i am happy with the performance.

I bought an earlier version of this cable modem in 2017. One day in 2020, it just died... no lights, just dead. I had to buy a new cable modem in a hurry and for that reason I was limited to what I could find in-stock in a store. I bought this one again because it was in-stock, it's fast and worked well until it didn't. How long can I expect a cable modem to last? 3 years seems OK, but not great.

Works as described. I’ve always bought Arris modems and have never been let down. Just make sure you check your speeds from charter to match up appropriately with the modem you are buying.

For the price, it provides decent internet speeds and extremely easy setup.

This is the second Arris Surfboard of this model that I have purchased. The first one is still going strong after three years of constant use. This modem is very reliable. It doesn't have wifi, but is a dependable alternative to renting one from the cable complany.

This solved my work from home connection issues as my previous modem was so spotty and often need to re-start my modem at least 2 times a day. After Buying this Modem the connection was solid and restarting my modem headache is past history.

We had constant problems with our home wifi. I upgraded our modem (1-step higher than what cable company leases to us) and added the Google Nest Mesh System and things haven't been better. Our wifi is exceptionally improved. When comparing the different modem levels I believe the upgrade was needed for a family of 5. Still too soon to see if the modem will continue to last so only gave 4 stars
