I had a older 4 channel surfboard this replaced. Because Comcast limits high bandwidth not much faster on peak downloads, but overall takes the load of my over 10 devices much better. Only thing I could never figure out is how to get the plastic wrap off the outside edge of the front panel. Impossible to remove and when you try to remove it makes a mess, but is just cosmetic.

Super simple to setup and a quick call to the cable company so they can activate my modem. Great, fast, and stable connection so far, and I have no complaints. Great product and highly recommend.

I bought this modem to match my subscribed speed with my internet provider and the speed has been outstanding with no lag time. If you like speed get this modem but you will need to check with your internet provider to ensure that they are both compliant.

After installion, i do see difference when compared to other equipment I had before. It is great to have speedy equipment for my multi equipment hooked up including my net gear router which has been good to me as well. Now I can enjoy the speed like I am suppose to.

Works great with Spectrum and is very dependable. I no longer have to use the cable companies equipment. I use Eero as my router. Great combination.

I ordered it to replace my old one which had a problem based upon good reviews posted. When it arrives, my old one was fixed and I did not use this one. I am not sure the performance but It has a good price.

I needed a replacement modem for an older one and I didn't want to get a complicated one. Simple is always better and this one was very easy to set up. This model does have the ability to customize but for the use I have, there is no need.

I purchased this to replace my old early DOCSIS 3.0 modem that was struggling under heavy loads. So far this modem is performing flawlessly, and is much more capable of handling heavy streaming, gaming, etc from many different devices concurrently.

I was tired of paying a modem rental fee every month. We went to Best Buy and just asked about a modem compatible with TIme Warner Cable. The sales guy directed us to this one. It met our needs, was easy to install- plug in a few cords, and had onscreen instructions (need to use the desktop PC). We called TWC at 9:30pm and they switched it over on their end within seven minutes.

The latest and greatest modem, that is working great in my home with an eero, as a mesh network. I'm at 70mps through my provider and this is MORE, than fast enough with this modem and network, to operate two laptops, desk top and psvue at the same time.

Have had this modem for several weeks. No complaints. The family runs with Linksys wi-fi router 3 phones, 2 desktops, a laptop, and an I pad through it. I haven't experienced any problems at all. Saves me monthly modem rental fee from cable company.

I can't believe how fast my internet is since getting the Arris. I never knew that the modem from my carrier was holding back on my purchased speed.

I bought this modem to replace the one that my cable company provided many years ago. Installation was a breeze. Since installing it, the connectivity problems I had been experiencing have gone away. I recommend this modem.

Much needed upgrade and glad I did it! Had an older Surfboard for over 5yrs and was very happy with it's dependability. So, choosing another Modem from ARRIS was a no brainer.

Bought this to replace a Netgear modem that had stopped working. Works exactly as intended. Works with Mediacom Internet. After setup I have not had to touch the device even once compared to my previous Netgear device I was rebooting at least weekly.

Arris Surfboard is an extremely reliable modem. I recommended it to several family members and friends. Setup is easy but a little bit slow. Setup instructions need improvement. But once setup is completed, it works extremely well.

This modem can handle more than my provider is giving me. I can use this modem for any upgrade package I get to date. My provider was giving me 50mbs but after I gave my provider the MAC address I ran a speed test and got 74mps. That smile is still on my face.
