My internet was 1gig. The salesman gave me this. Once I got home, I realized this doesn't support 1gig. I needed the 3.1 . I did however use it at one of my other properties and works great and fast!. Didn't regret the purchase.

Easy to install. Worked the first time, directions were well written.

Installation was not a problem for me. I am getting the download speed I am paying for. If you set it up in a bedroom, you may not like the brightness of the the blue status lights.

I bought this modem cause the one I had was about 6yrs and was having issues. After getting setup and having issues with Comcast customer service, the modem seems to work well. My internet connections are faster. Web pages load quicker and seems to work really well with my nighthawk router.

Works like a gem. Got rid of the comcast box that didn't work well and replaced it with this...reaches all over the house, even with five people working on computers at the same time.

Super easy set up, no issues (yet). Keep in mind if you're buying it that there is only only one ethernet port, so if you want anything hardwired your router will need to have extra ports

This the second unit of this type that I have purchased. Both cable companies that I use recommended it as the best unit I could buy. I have been nothing but pleased with the operation of the unit and it's ease of set up. I recommend it highly.

Great modem. No problems so far. Was able to rid myself of Charter cable's with no issues. Had a brilliant tech out and that sure helped.

Disconnected old one, installed new one in about 10 minutes including call to net provider. Net speeds seem smoother than before with less lag and interruptions, so assume it's due to the new modem.

Good modem. Purchased a direct replacement for one that had a surge during a storm. We use it with a google mesh system and highly recommend.

I upgraded from a SB6141 to get more speed and be ready for future higher speeds at TWC. Silent and very stable. I wish it had a light that would blink when accessing the internet as the SB6141 has.

Works perfectly on time warner cable maxx service, easy configuration and setup with time warner. Pays for itself by not paying for the modem from your isp.

I have Mediacomm, and had several issues with their equipment, after I purchased this, I have had nothing but a solid, great performing connection for streaming, gaming, and working from home on occassion. Great Product

Have loved the speed of my internet since the upgrade I my data service and purchase of this cable modem. It is the same modem sold by my provider yet I got it for a fraction of the cost.

My speeds have improved dramatically. Much faster than the cable company.

I had purchased a different unit one week prior then I found out that my internet provider was going to start providing an up dated faster service soon. Purchased this Modem and a new Router to match, my system is so much faster now. Love It.

Was having a problem with my internet speed and since I recently upgraded my router, the modem was next to be replaced. Checked around and the Arris was the best out there! Internet speed instantly remained constant and strong. Great product...

I bought this modem to replace a TWC/Spectrum provided model. The new modem will pay for itself in just a few months. It has also significantly improved the reliability of our net service, (no more modem logs full of errors, or service drop outs).

I finally decided to stop renting a modem from my internet provider, and buy my own. For the price of this device, I’ll be saving money by end of year. Easy to set up and definitely worth the value!
