I returned it as I did not need it. I already have one I purchased 2 years ago which works fine.

We got this when our Spectrum modem just kept going offline. Literally fixed every probelm we have had with internet service.

I wanted a top of the line modem to go with latest and greatest router and this is it. I have Comcast Blast and am getting 178 mbs download and 12.5 mbs upload which is great. We have many users in the house and everyone is happy now.

I explained my problem to the salesperson and they gave me several options until we narrowed it down to this. It works like I was told it would and does exactly what I was told it do.

Works great and was easy to set up. I Upgraded from my other ARRIS and that one worked forever.

Good item, set it up for gaming with an asus router, works wonders

This modem is good for medium to large homes. I have not experience any lagging since I've used it which was all throughout this week. Hopefully it keeps doing what it suppose to do for a long time...

The Arris - SURFboard Docsis 3.0 Cable Modem has solved our wireless sonnectivity problems. We no longer have problems with disconnections, our pages load so much faster, movies stream smoother. Great modem and a terrific price.

I bought this modem and it drastically improved my internet speed. Before I had to disconnect phones from wifi, now I have over 10 devices hooked up and no slow downs.

A great product overall. However, I am usually not reaching 100 mbps during peak times. It may be worth your time and money to select a modem that is greater than a 32x8. Like I said, this is still a great product and it may work very well for you! It has for me... just not quite up to my expectations.

Works with Charter/TW/Brighthouse/Spectrum. Future proof your network a bit with this modem as it has more channel pipes than most ISPs push for now. Great modem for anything above 100meg speeds, no issues with 300meg.

Have been using this for a while now, in different states and with different internet companies. Has worked great with everyone so far! Saved me a lot of money!

You will need to have a modem when using Xfinity. Why rent theirs when you can own one and save a lot of money over a short period of time. This works perfectly and I am very pleased with the performance.

Using with Comcast Service. Called them and went through the process of activating/connecting. Seems to work fine through my router wirelessly I'm getting about 220 Mbps download and about 29 Mbps upload speeds from Speedtest.net. Seems to be working fine so far with no issues even during peak internet times where I live.

Purchased this Arris model because it was DOCSIS 3.0 compliant and was reasonably priced. My older, non 3.0 Arris modem is the subject to a class action suit in California, for a know bug which causes frequent reboots. Docsis 3.0 removes this issue.

Bought this so I could stop renting from the cable company. Has worked perfectly since day one!!

Great! Works well with Xfinity. I needed a new modem and I was going to get the more expensive one from netgear but this works well with my blast package with Xfinity.

Replaced an old Motorola and see a lot less latency and greater speed. Highly recommend.

I have heard excellent things about the Arris modems and this one turns out to be one of those excellent ones! Works great out of the box, works with any router, and has a great speed for the price. Comes with an Ethernet cable.

This was one of the modems compatible with my cable company that was in stock. They are all around $100 so it wasn't any more expensive than some others that would work. Easy hook up, & activation & I was online in minutes.
