This is probably the best modem I’ve owned. LED lights aren’t obnoxious. Super small to fit onto desk without getting in the way. Totally worth investment.

Upgraded my modem and stopped monthly modem charges from Comcast, Comcast was supplying old tech modem, too. Everything seems to be fine so far. I am pleased. Oh, modem hook-up required that I contact Comcast tech support where I was treated professionally.

Hooked it up, and activated with your ISP and you ready to see your speed plashed. Well depends on your package. My getting like 170 Mbs download. Pretty stable since I am having it almost a month now without resetting it.

It works! This unit will easily pay for itself compared to renting a unit from the isp.

I bought an Orbi whole house WiFi system and thought I would just go ahead and upgrade my modem too. Works great as all my other Motorola/Arris systems have. I Have fast speeds though my entire network. Highly Recommend!

I was looking for a replacement for the Comcast modem to stop paying for rental and with my great surprise, this little thing was my solution.. no more monthly payments and most of all much faster than the Comcast modem!!

If you have a family or just have multiple devices that does download or streaming constantly, this modem is perfect for it! It allows multiple download channels so one computer doesn't just suck up all the bandwith.

Stop paying for a slow modem with your cable carrier. This modem does 1.4 Gbps! That one from the cable company barely does 300 kbps. This thing will last for years with no issues and save you money!

This is a great modem if you're wanting to get away from spending that 13 dollars a month on rental fees from Xfinity and etc and the internet speed has gotten even faster since switching to my own.

Why pay a monthly fee for a cable modem when you can buy a outstanding modem that works better than the rental one (in most cases). The price you will pay will pay for itself in less than a year. This modem just works great.

I purchased this and a google WiFi to replace my xfinity router modem. I must say it was a great purchase. I faster service through out my house and zero lag!

I bought this instead of receiving the free option from Charter. Wow! I'm glad I did. Most of our neighbors are at 77 mbps with the basic free modem. I'm pushing 135-140 mbps with this guy. It's definitely worth the extra money.

This is my 2nd Arris surfboard. The first lasted almost 5 years and was still working great. It was just not able to give me current speeds. I hope this new one is as reliable and long-lasting as the first. So far so good after better than a month. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I'm cheap and this stuff is pricey.

Purchased this to replace my Zoom modem on TWC Spectrum cable. My service is rated at 200 MB speeds and I'm getting consistently in the 150 to 180 MB with 18 connected devices in my house. Modem has been stable.

We had been using TWC Modem for over 20+ years and every time they had any kind of an update everything in our house pretty much had to be reset. So far since we bought this modem we have not had 1 problem. Keeping fingers crossed.

I compared this modem to the other possible brands and speeds. Right now this seems to be the best bang for the buck. I replaced a an older/slower Arris modem that was no trouble either. Works as advertised.

Got the job done. I have Xfinity internet. I had hard reset the modem because it was dropping the signal after install. No problems from there.

This modem is a great replacement for the one you pay monthly on from cable. I feel this modem is as good if not better than the cable gives you. Speeds and connections are awesome. We have multiple devices connected with no problems.
