This has been a great modem so far, I plugged it in after providing the MAC address to the cable company and and it just worked. I am able to consistently get the advertised speed I'm paying for with this modem.

Purchased this with Google WiFi. This replaces my Spectrum rented router/WiFi combo. I could not be happier. More speed, less latency and no more renting. This is important to me in case I switch providers.

after "communicating with Cox Cable, I understood I needed this level of a modem in order to utilize their fast internet speed. Product works perfectly.

We connect ours with ubiquity system and works great. Better to purchase your own than to rent from providers.

Works well easy set up with a quick call t our provider to get the unit registered. Was tired of “renting a unit at 14 bucks a month. pays for itself in 4 months.

Mainly bought this because Comcast charges a lease for the modem. This means I don’t pay that anymore. Works great, spend more money on a good router.

Picked this device up as my old zoom cable modem wasn't being fast in downloads. I have three TV's and gaming systems always playing with computers and it's still fast with this modem. It can take the pressure!

Exactly what I expected from a modem. Have it paired with a netgear router. Have had it for a couple years and it continues to work great. Price was worth it.

This is a superb modem. I just wish my ISP hadn't locked me out. I combined it with my NEst router.

I got this modem to pair with my eero mesh system. My internet throughout the house is the best that it has ever been. I would highly recommend this combination.

Does just what it promises. I've used Arris Modems in the past and been very pleased with them. Never had to use Customer Service... just never had any trouble with them.

Easy setup and does what it's supposed too! This is my second Surfboard and both work great. The only reason I got this is because I upgraded my internet speed beyond the capabilities of the old one. Works great!!!

So far the best I use for a router and connect to my Mesh. I like it withe speed it give out and it even ready for fiber use if it ready in my area soon.

This was the only modem on the Comcast list that I could find in Rockford. The modem was easy to hookup and run. The hardest part was get Comcast to understand the hardware address to get it on there network.

Super fast modem ! Great for streaming movies, iPads ect with no interruptions. Must be patient with set up , kinda timely but overall very pleased with this purchase.

Went with the gigabit router to pair with my R7800 netgear nighthawk wireless router as well as 300 mbps internet speeds and couldn't be happier. Future proof as well for when we upgrade to gigabit speeds. Awesome!
