This product gets two thumbs up! The speed is perfect for everything it is that I am doing. I have a design firm and constantly sending out large files to different clients. This works like a charm!

We purchased this with google set. We can not get service in our backyard which we were unable to do before. Our service is much faster when we are all on our devices too.

I updated to this model because my previous Modem maxed out at 200mbps and I upgraded my internet to 300mbps and it's working perfectly. My speed tests are reading 332.55 Mbps download and 21.51 Mbps upload.

My old Motorola modem died and I needed a replacement. Glad this arris modem is approved by Xfinity, and was in stock. Continues to work well.

Extremely reliable and glad I went with the word of the Sales Associate. Haven't had a drop or lag when streaming to my televisions and this is with the internet being used also in the background. Great product!!

My fiancé purchased the modem because the old cable rental modem was very slow and not working very well. He went to Best Buy and purchased this new and faster modem. It's much quicker and no problems so far.

Plugged it in, called Mediacom to get it connected and I was up and running. Speeds at or slightly over what I’m paying for.

My modem from my ISP wasn't performing well enough and I wanted a more up-to-date modem with more power. Got this one at about $50 off from Best Buy. Combined it with a Nighthawk router and I went from about 212Gbit to 328Gbit immediately after hooking this up and registering it with my ISP.

I pick it up a few weeks ago, the installation was very simple, hooked it up and call my local cable company, gave them the information that they need and I was up and running in about 15 minutes.

First time buying an internet modem. We no longer wanted to rent one from the cable company. We also bought an expensive router and wanted to match it to a great modem. It has worked fine. No issues. Great choice.

Had this modem a few months and has worked excellent since setting it up. You will have to let the internet company know which one you have because it has to be adjusted. But no complaints at all.

Highly recommend, very pleased. After using Comcast's rental for years, finally wiser up & bought my own router/modem. I immediately saw increased download/upload speed, should have made the switch sooner.

I replaced the standatd Cox Cable modem in order to save $7/month and have better cable capability/speed. Now using "Speedtest" I routinely exceed the speed upload and download of the Internet package I purchased

Plug an play call your provider to ping for signal and you're ready to go. I run this to my Google Home WiFi. I have 3 pods works perfectly. No drag at all running 220+mbs at all time anywhere in the house

Got this modem when I switched the internet provider. Was able to get this setup in a matter of few minutes and was able to connect to internet pretty easily. Clear instructions made this a no hassle setup.

Purchased the Arris modem to replace an old Motorola docsys 3.0 modem. I have a 150 mbps connection and the old modem provided a speed of less than 100. With this new modem I attain speeds of 160 +.

Works great as long as the signals coming in to the house there is no problem easy to hook up or add to your Internet
