I no lo ger have to rent from Time Warner Cable and the complete system i bought was much better. Now my saving from not renting anymore pays for my system that i am pleased with.

We bought this modem to help support our high speed internet (400+ mb/s) and a new mesh wifi router for our home. This works great and both deliver incredible speed through our entire home.

I needed to upgrade my modem. My old one couldn't keep up with streaming and working from home. This modem was not very expensive, but it made a big difference.

Very good product no problem setting it up opened box read the instructions on how to get it up and running and that was it no issue so far with product

I upgraded from the SB6141. I noticed that I was getting a lot of dropout, and disconnects and was frustrated. This modem handles my gaming, HDTV stream and small family usage.

Simple setup with COX no wifi which is what we wanted and 3.0 version. Small and almost perfect plug. This one only took two spots on power strip.

Anyone with Comcast needs this. Works great especially with separate Gb router to handle all wifi devices and keeps fast speeds. No problems at all with this.

As stated, installation was painless. Salesperson knew just what I needed. Did not try to oversell. Good price. I took it to Cable company first to be entered onto my account. Then home -to replace the rental modem (wire for wire). Called for activation impulse. Voila!

just a simple white box but quickly and easily solved all the issues we were having with our "cable company" provided modem. speeds are up significantly and drops/buffering issues are gone.

Seems to be working good. My internet has not been dropping like it was with my old modem, but sometimes speed is much slower than at other times. I think that is probably due to the cable company and their cable wires. The set up was quick and easy once the cable company did their part to send signals.

Set up was relatively easy. However, I had to contact my internet service provider (Optimum) for them to activate the modem, which took about 15 minutes.

Small and compact is able to reach high speeds. Set up did take a whil since it wants you to do it through the app, which works half the time

I needed a new cable modem that would be comparable with other components I had. This modem worked perfectly and was very easy to install and connect to the other compenents

It gets the job done at a good price. When connected to a decent router, it provides a good experience. Note: my current bandwidth from my provider is 220Mbps.

I needed to upgrade my modem when the speed of my Comcast Internet service increased. This modem was recommended to me by IT professionals, and the young woman who helped me at Best Buy also recommended this particular modem. It was easy to install and works well for my needs.

I have not had on issue with this modem installation was easy. I just had to plug it in and call comcast to have them connect it to their network. They needed the MAC address and such. It took about 15 minutes.

I read a slew of mixed reviews. I am lucky. This this runs fast and no freezing so far. Puma chip defect is a non factor so far. Clocks at higher speeds then normal, and what I pay for.

This is a fantastic modem with amazing speeds. A great product to replace your generic internet company modem with. Make sure and have a wireless router if you want wifi since this is just a modem.
