Had to replace a SB6141 due to power cord failure; this has been a good purchase to date without any issues. And was on sale so felt like a good price for the performance.

This works way better than my previous system that I had before this before the device I was using was horrible and old but now with this new technology this device works perfectly I also purchased the Orbi system with it to everything in my house fully connected.

Before my internet was lagging in speed. After a quick install and phone call to the internet company, our internet is blazing fast. Even the internet company was impressed!

I wanted to replace the Spectrum modem to get a better signal and reduce cost. So this one was recommended by a key member of the staff. So far it has worked out good.

Seems to be very good so far and reliable with no problems. Sometimes I lose the signal for seconds but could be the provider issue

This modem has enough power to speed up our internet on a large tri- level home. We were going to pay extra to Comcast each month for faster service but now I do not have to.

The router I purchased works flawlessly with my existing Comcast internet service and my Ubiqiti Amplifi HD WIFI. My download speeds have gone from averaging 80 Mbps to 230 Mbps

Moved to have now Comcast provider wasn't going to spend 11 dollars a month for their device, this works great as a modem my internet speeds are no different.

We needed to replace our modem and router, as they were very old and not up to par carrying and routing all the data common these days and when we started to have to reset it frequently, we decided it was time for a new one and headed to Best Buy at Chapel Hill Plaza. We spoke with a rep we had previously worked with and respected his opinion and he reccommended this model and a router. We bought both that night and came home and set them up and both have worked great together in the two months we have had them and there have been no further interruptions in our internet or cable service. Great unit.

Fast setup, great connection with no constant rebooting or $10 monthly fee. You do have to register the device with your provider before use.

Bought modem on recommendation of BB associate. Modem has met expectations. I believe this cable modem will pretty much work well with any cable company internet provider.

Arris and the Surfboard modems are the only modems I care to buy. They are extremely long lasting and very easy to setup and configure! You'll never go wrong buying one!

super easy to install with good directions, very efficient

I am using this modem in conjunction with an Apple AirPort Extreme. Great combination, the modem delivers the speed and the router completely covers the house.

This modem was plug and play. Basically unhooked my old TimeWarner cable, provisioned the Arris and everything worked. Not the cheapest cable modem out there but I was paying $10 a month to TimeWarner for their modem so this will pay for its self in less than a year.

It provides good wifi service and was simple to setup, with their online setup routine. Offers good security settings, too.

I bought this router to go from 10/100 to 10/1000 megabits per second speed and upgraded my network cards in my PC's as well. It's been running flawlessly since I bought it.

Works great for wireless setup and it is easy to install.
