Why pay for rental fees Monthly from your cable company, when you can own the top Arris modem and it will pay for its self the first year. Highly recommend.

This modem is much faster than my last modem. I use a Netgear router with it, and they work weill together. There are four of us streaming lots of stuff all the time, and it is fast.

It was update to my earlier version of Arris modem I had, certainly I saw improvements in speed during peak hours, prob because of more channels available on this one.

For the price this is a good deal. No interruption to service we stream everything online. Phones, tvs, laptops. Happy with this product.

This is a great modem for those tech heads that has gigablast, it handles the speed really well. You won't be mad at your purchase.

I bought this after another brand of modem fried after all of 12 hours of use. Modem set up easily and repeatedly confirmed speeds of over 100mbps. Can't complain about that.

This was purchased to replace my Comcast Xfinity modem/router. I'm able to watch Amazon Prime without the buffering that made it impossible to enjoy a program.

I've had network issues for sometime and couldn't isolate the router or the modem - so I replaced both of them. The enter system is extremely fast and I have get to have a failure.

I ended up buying this modem so I could stop paying Comcast. I get full speeds of what I pay Comcast for instead of reduced speeds with their modem. Worth the money.

Just upgraded from the Arris 6141 to this one. NO complaints with either one so far. Upgraded due to increase in internet service.

Best way to save money. If you supply your own modem you don't have to pay time warner 10 bucks a month. Not toentire since I switched to my own modem my Internet works better.

Totally helped download and upload speeds. Bad idea to purchase less tech with this product cuz you will need to upgrade within short period of time. Buy once not twice...

Does what a modem should do. In conjunction with the Linksys router I also purchased from best buy, I have had no issues connecting to the Internet and streaming videos in 4k.

Purchased to replace Spectrum/TWC supplied modem. This modem supports a 400 mbps download speed use case. Unit has a nice software interface with good information about what the cable company is doing.

Needed a new modem as I didn't want to rent from the ISP company and this one was recommended and works very well for the U/D I receive at my place. Excellent deal.

This is out second modem from Arris. It was worked just fine from day one no problems set up was simple just a good all around modem.

Be sure to register this modem with you service provider. This was replacement for older modem. Installation was simple. In operation within 5 minutes of starting install.
