This was a great replacement from the one I was renting. I was able to save on my internet bill which is great. I’ve had no problems and it works great.

Perfect little modem to get all the speed I’m actually paying for. Highly recommend getting one rather that using the modem the cable company provides

Great product... setup was easy with Time Warner. The problem wasn't with it, but WOW installer said they don't support customer-owned modems with newer high speed service.

I paired it with eero and it works great. I haven’t experienced any issues. Solid coverage in every room.

So this modem is a great value for its performance, and it will last at least 5 years as some lower quality routers will soon be outdated for major isps such as comcast

Worked as you would expect for an Arris product. Easy setup and simple installation

Easy set up. I've had the ARRIS for 5 weeks now and I've never had to reset it. It has not disconnected once, great service.

I have not had any issues since Comcast installed this modem about 6 weeks ago. One of the Best Buy salesman has this modem with no issues. This modem had mixed reviews with one common theme being people thought the earlier models were more dependable. Despite this feedback, I bought the this higher end model after talking to the salesperson at Best Buy. The rational was to provide some assurance that the modem will be able to handle greater data down loads as technology evolves. i.e. "future proof" the purchase. Given the higher price, my break-even is about 2 years with Comcast and their monthly charge.

Very good modem especially for the price. Don’t waste your money renting subpar modems from cable providers. Spend a few bucks and pick this up instead.

The surfboard is consistently the best product out there when it comes to dealing with the cable modems. Hooked up Google Wi-Fi and it runs like a charm.

Plug and pretty much Play. Just had to call my internet provider to verify the new modem. It was up and running in minutes, and our speeds have already increased!

This was the second modem that I purchase but I needed WIFI and with this one it only had 1 Ethernet plug but it was really fast when I connected the Ethernet to my laptop.

Good to go for medium size home. Router does well though out my home
