I was renting a modem from mediacom and decided I was done with their terrible modems. Got this one and haven't had any problems since.

We were using the "free" modem provided to us by our internet provider, however we definitely noticed a big difference when we upgraded to our own.

Bought together with google WiFi and have had zero issues with either. Easy set up and allows me to not have to rent from cable company any more.

This is a real great modem for those who want their own instead of cable company's. I haven't had any issues as of yet and with a good router you don't have to worry about too much bad connections or buffering. Nighthawk router is what I use with modem.

Purchased for spectrum cable modem. Download speed is as promised. A lot better than renting one from spectrum.

Have not had one issue with this modem. It was easy to set up, and is compatible with our internet provider as well.

Good, inexpensive modem, works with all providers, saves you $15 a month equipment rent fee.

Returned my comcast modem and replaced it with this Arris modem. Its just as fast and I'm saving $14 a month in rental fees.

Plugged it in, connected it to the system and forgot all about it, works like a charm

Was nervous this wouldn’t work with out orbi but it works like a charm :) good buy and saves us from paying a extra 13$ a month to xfinty

Turns on kinda slow but when it is on it maximizes the internet that is available. Ready for Google fiber that is coming in a few months so should be pretty amazing.

Excellent modem. Hooked right up, consistent levels since then. Couldn't ask for more.

Increased our download and upload from my previous modem. Better gaming and streaming at the same time with no hiccups. No disappointment here.

At time of purchase this was about the best cable modem u could buy. I'd recommend it in a heartbeat to stop paying rental fees from cable company

Perfect modem for high speed internet. Upgraded from older model and immediately got the benefit of the speeds for which I pay my cable company.

Virtually plug and play. One simple call to comcast and the monthly was gone. Solved problem that we had with Hulu and other streaming channels.

This modem certainly serves its purpose. It doesn't require any attention and it delivers continuous uninterupted access to the internet.

Standard Cable modem box. Inexpensive purchase when compared to monthly cable bill chargers. Return your cable modem to Spectrum and save that monthly charge!
