needed this upgrade once i switched to one gig and hasn't given me a problem since.

I bought to replace Spectrum Modem. Works better. Could not get the Spectrum to work with my router. Now the two are working great. I can go online in my yard.

Arris has the best modems, period. Call your local internet provider to make sure it is compatible first.

I buy my own router and modem. It not only saves money, but you pick your own which is always better than what they give. This one is good.

Dropped cable provider service because of connection issues with WiFi in my home. Replaced the modem with this ARRIS and haven’t had issues since.

Does the job on a 1gig connection. I have it paired with a netgear nighthawk.

Had to upgrade due to Comcast making the old version unusable over night. Had a little trouble setting up, but that was due to my other router. So this modem did the job and got us up and running within a couple of hours. Thank you Best Buy

I feel these things are better when they go unnoticed as in it was easy to set up and works perfectly well, I even forgot I had it.

Purchased this and a wireless router to replace the rental one WOW provided. Seems to have better connection and less lag when playing video games.

My internet is faster and able to support more activity due to the higher speeds supported by this modem as compared to router/modem combos

Does what it's supposed to. My internet speed improved TREMENDOUSLY with this modem. Finally don't have to pay the silly rental fee from Spectrum either.

This is the most basic model to connect to Comcast/Xfinity cable and get internet to your computer. Functions exactly as advertised; meets older specs so appropriately. Unless you are paying Comcast for super-fast internet, (like a gig), you don't need to spend more than this. Elegantly designed and precisely manufactured.

The Comcast tech came out and hooked their cable into this modem and it worked without any issues. The tech also told me that I bought a good modem.

This modem is excellent. It works with my provider and rarely needs rebooting

I upgraded my router/modem combo to this modem and separate router and couldn't be more pleased with the speed and continuity of wifi connection.

Found my internet out. Modem died without warning. Ran to the nearest Best Buy and, on the recommendation of a sales associate, bought this gem. Perfect.
