I decided to replace the combo modem wifi provided by my internet service provider. Set up was easy - i just plugged it in and it was detected and configured automatically by my service provider. Now my family is enjoying faster internet!

Replaced a burned-out unit by lightening with the same product and model number. It works well as the old one.

There really isn't much to say about this modem. It just plain works. Once Comcast answered to get activated it hasn't had any issues.

Purchased this modem to replace the cable companies' junk modem. Haven't had any issues since replacing it with the Surfboard.

I have this modem and so far it has been great and I am getting great speeds continously without any drops in connectivity. Highly recommend it.

Easy to set up , but still had to contact cable company to finish it up and make sure it was working.

Had a modem but Comcast said it was obsolete and I needed to get a new one. This modem was easy to setup and works well. Shame I had to buy it though.

Turn your cable companies modem in and save yourself $10 with that money in a years time you can buy your own. Not to mention your speed will increase.

We replaced Spectrums modem with Arris modem, internet speeds increased and we save almost $9 per month.

Plugged it in, contacted Comcast and after registration it was working as intended. Have had no issues since install and would recommend this Modem.

Works ok, help me save on my monthly bill. Easy to setup, works fine with Xfinity so, you won't have to pay Xfinity rental fee every month.

Bought this to replace an old modem. Works great! It feels like I'm getting better speeds than what I'm currently supposed to be getting.

The price was right when I needed a modem. There's reports (plenty) of problems with this chips inside, but it works great for a house where we stream everything. Got 3 or 4 TVs going at once without issue.
