I have not once had to reset my modem. It works great. Much better than the modem they try to lease you at the cable company.

This provided me with super fast internet (faster than rental unit from provider) and will pay for its self since I no longer have to pay $12 per month.

This is the first modern I’ve had that I have not had in to restart or reset... it jus stays connected and delivers on average about 326mbps!!!

This is a good router. If you want to be ahead of the curve when they update get the one a level higher. For now this one works great.

It's a modem. It's been 1 month and it's still working. Didn't buy the insurance. Got other things to busy myself with other than the health of my modem.

This modem is exactly as advertised. Modem setup was a breeze out of the box and Comcast had no issue programming it on their end.

ARRIS - SURFboard 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable is good. I am very please with it and I have not had any problem with my internet.

I got this to help my friend to replace his old Docsis 2.0 modem. Just with a few minutes with Cox Tech Support, we are up and running in no time.

I paid less for this modem than I spent renting one from my provider in a year! Very sound investment & no connectivity issues

I bought this modem because of Amazon FireStick Streaming and other phone and computer loads. None better that I know of but may be an overkill for some homeowners, especially if the cable company does not offer many channels or the homeowner does not subscribe to higher speed/bandwidth services, It is easy to activate service with my local cable company (Cable One) and provides excellent streaming. This modem is the same form factor of the Motorola modem that I purchased several years ago except it is white. I would have preferred black.

Works well, and is a great way to avoid paying COMCAST a monthly fee for the device!

This modem finally gave us the speeds that we were supposed to be getting, but weren't with our providers modem. No more paying a monthly fee!

Not too much to say. Plugged it in, hooked it up and everything worked. No issues at all. Connected it to Xfinity and to my Apple Wifi and all is well.
