I bought this as it had the highest reviews online and worked with my Spectrum/Charter account. Unfortunately, setup was not as easy as I would have liked as I had hoped as I have service through my apartment complex and so Charter had to send an engineer to install. He installed another Charter/Spectrum modem by mistake and I had to ask him to come back and install mine. After all was said and done, the new modem performs as well as the old one (60down, 4 up) and I feel that I might have gotten away not buying it. Now I am stuck with it though as it is the only modem we now have. Live and learn I guess.

I bought this router because my old one was a bit outdated. Paired with my nighthawk x6 I get about 30 mbps more than I pay for.

Phenominal speeds - hardwired (150 to 180MB / 10 to 12MB) and wireless 45 to 160MB / 6 to 11MB depending on distance from router (far to near)

This product was on the approved list for Xfinity products. I purchased it and am very happy with the speeds and service it’s providing.

If your trying to get fast speed then this is what you need! I have xfinity 150mbs internet and this bad boy boost my speed to 180 mpbs yeee haw!

Comcast technician was here to install new line , done in few minutes. Bought it about three months ago working since then without any issues.

Nice and easy hook up. We were surprised on how easy it was to set up with xfinity. Returned our old one to them and save 10 bucks a month.

i don't know why modems are so expensive but i got this because i got security system and gentleman working there recomended it. i don't have any problem with it so far

A great product for the cost.It runs at the broadband specified and will run everything that I need.

This cable modem works as advertised. Plenty of speed, You really need modem capable of handling 1Gb speeds if you want to stream 4K video.

Used with Comcast on a 250mbps connection. The compact size makes it easy to arrange. Also haven't had to reboot the modem ever.

We have had this for a few months now and have noticed an INCREDIBLE difference in speeds and connections. 10/10 would buy again.

I purchased this modem after it was recommended by a suddenlink technician, it worked perfectly. I was then told that the modem wasn't working. It was not sending a signal. So unfortunately i had to return the modem. Then after returning and purchasing another modem, i was told that this modem was actually working fine. I hope this area develops faster so that there will be more options than suddenlink. Awesome modem though.

Had to get Cox on the line to help set is up, otherwise very easy after Cox worked their magic.

Although it says speeds up to 1.4Gbps, you WILL NOT achieve those speeds. This modem works great for all plans except gigabit plans. If you have a gigabit plan you need to purchase a DOCSIS 3.1 modem.

Had a super easy time switching off my old router to the new one. Instructions were easy to follow and router is working like a champ!

This modem works great. It s slim and has power. Even though it s smaller in design It delivers. I couldn’t t be happier with it!
