The Arris Surfboard SB6190 is a top performer! Faster speeds on TWC than their provided modem and less problems with dropped signal.

Decided to have my own modem vs paying monthly for a rented one from the cable company. This one is way faster and I haven't had any issues.

Love this modem. I was able to beat the cable companies speeds by using my own equipment.

Its great and fast. the only small flaw is the lights are pretty bright but its in a room that it doesn't really bother me. definitely recommend

So in the beginning everything work great. A couple of weeks later the modem would restart itself through out the day and I thought there was something wrong with the modem or with my service provider. Long story short the problem was with a 3 foot coax cable that was somehow causing the modem to restart itself. I honestly thought that it was my service provider but after replacing that cable with a 10 foot cable I haven't had any issues.

The geek squad installed the mesh network and it worked much better than the sparklight unit.

I bought this to upgrade my old modem. I'm using 300mbs service from Charter and this modem makes sure that I get what I'm paying for.

Works as intended. Bought this as a replacement to my last modem, as mine had died. Would recommend.

Great and cheap product to get so you dont have to pay those pesky rental fees at comcast.

Good modem for the speeds it can handle, this is not a 2 in 1 so you will need a wireless router

Super simple to install and instantly worked with our devices after reconnecting to internet.

Plugged in coax and power. Called my isp and gave them the numbers they wanted and then bam I was connected to the World Wide Web.

Replace a previous surfboard modem with a newer one because the older one stopped working. Increased speed with the new one. Works great.

I use this with cable mediacom. It works very well! No problems and this cable company isn't great and it still works! No problems at all!!!

I had a combo modem/router. This is way better along with my nighthawk router. Definitely worth replacing the one I had.
