Quickly able to install. However Comcast technical support was a nightmare trying to activate the modem. They have agents who know little.

I didn't want to pay the rental fees from Comcast so I started looking for a new modem. I just wanted a bare bones modem since I already had an Airport Extreme. It was basically plug and play. No issues so far.

Tired of my slow TWC Internet connection, I bought the just released Motorola (now ARRIS) SB-6190 Gigabyte cable modem. Sadly, even with the fastest cable modem available, my Internet speed did not increase. But, now I can confront TWC for answers of why I am only getting 55Mbps, when I am paying for 100Mbps. Thank you BestBuy for stocking the latest technology. I did not receive anything of consideration for making this truthful review.

I was told by Wowway that this is there preferred Modem for there 300mbps service. Works Great I get the above the specified speeds.

My Netgear CM500 modem wasn't working with Suddenlink, so I bought this and it works great. Great value.

Very happy for this purchase. one claim is about the themperature of this item, it becomes very hot despite multiple wholes for aeration.

The modem is very fast for all of our family uses. We have multiple lap tops tablets cellphones and gaming devices it's handles them all.

The modem works great if youre renting from your isp you might as well get this and a router and save money in the long run

No problem setting it up. Medicom activated it and I am getting 100Mbps down steady. Very happy with modem.

Bought this a year ago and have not hd any issues with it, would definitely recommend! Super easy set up.
