I’ve been using this modem for about 2 months now, and have had zero problems. I’m very happy with the performance of this product.

Hooking up was dead simple. Always better to separate modem and router/wifi, and have not given the modem much thought at all since installing. Which is a good thing. Have not noticed any stability problems yet. Typically have an xbox going, streaming tv on at least 2 screens, videoconferencing, along with all the regular wifi products without any issues. I don't have high internet speeds, so it's handling high traffic just fine so far.

Great modem, I needed to upgrade my modem in order to get greater than 100 Mb speeds. So far I am happy with it.

I'm not certain if it's the modem or spectrum, but I have to reset this many times a week. Usually in the morning. I have a top end gaming router, so the issue isn't there. It is a fast modem, when working.

Purchased this and Google Mesh as same time. Arris is compatible with Xfinity. Have had zero issues streaming since.

Definitely an upgrade from the Cox modem I was using. The set up was easy and I was immediately getting faster download and upload speeds.

Initially tried to find a docsis 3.1, but sold out. For the speed I have from ISP, this works great.

Fairly priced and very easy to install. Also compatible with most major high speed cable internet providers.

Never had had an issue. Never will I suspect. If you ever have to turn it off, this turns on and bounces back quick.

Best value for a 32x8 modem are good. I would recommend combining with a good or great wireless router.

Upgraded my 5 year old modem with the one and now I receive the full benefit of my comcast internet service.
