You know it is good, when it is easy to setup and I have not thought of it since...which means it works perfectly.

Needed a modem and didn't know what to get until a nice salesman recommended this one. I bought it and was glad I did.

This modem was plug and play out of the box and should keenup with internet speeds for several years to come. "Technology proof"

Replaced the unit from Comcast. I get better performance well over 1GB down. It is easiest part of network: plug it in and connect cable.

It works pretty well. No complaints so far with this product. Unfortunately, plenty of complaints with our internet provider suddenlink

Solid performer if you have less than the very fastest internet. But if you got that fat pipe to the web, get the DOCSIS 3.1 version.

This modem does the job and doesn't complain about it. We have not had to fuss with the modem since we hooked it up!

We purchased this in place of leasing one from Comcast. This was a wise choice on our part. It is much faster than the leased one.

My 5 year old cable modem from netgear was getting over heated and overloaded. I decided to go with the Arris Surfboard product and it's been giving me a stable connection without any interruption ever since. I only took off one star because the best buy store associate in Smyrna GA wouldn't price match the price from your own BESTBUY.com. He told me to purchase another one online and have one of them returned... I didn't feel like going through the trouble for $5. That was the only speck.
