Ordered online on bestbuy.com. Picked up at the store within the hour. I could've ordered from Amazon but dont want to risk damaged delivery and returns, so this time I opted for same day store pickup at my Best Buy local store. Got it out of box, connected and plugged it in. Called Comcast suuport to activate new device and was up and running. No problems so far, connections consistent.

Bought this to get away from the cable companies. Appears to work much better and we are saving on the cable bill.

It woks well. This modem was a replacement item and based on other reviews, felt it to be a good overall product.

I have a 3 bedroom with 16 devices connected to it and have no issues streaming or gaming even with others on it.

Works well with Comcast, (you have to call them to log the modem with them). Great speeds and just enough connections.

Simple upgrade for internet speed but doesn’t do higher speeds. Bought this knowing I would have to upgrade it in a year or so.
