Handles our high speed internet. Used to use the ones the cable/internet company provided, but this is light-years better. Provides for a reliable and consistent connection that helps keep all of our smart devices online.

I had to upgraydd my modem because my old one was no longer supported by my cable company. But I’m glad I did update because this modem gives me so much more speed and reliability! I would definitely recommend this product!

I’ve had a trash 320 mbps router for who knows how long and I thought I was running at top speed. Once I switched to this, it was game over. I’m a gamer and I’ve Yet to experience a hiccup.

Easy to setup and install. I would recommend this purchase to someone needing faster download and upload speeds. I have been using this product for a few weeks and have noticed a significant change in Internet speeds and am very happy with my upgraded modem.

Great working reliable modem. I have experienced consistently faster speeds than when using my rented modem from my ISP. I have averaged about 15 more gigs!

This modem was to replace a Zoom 5341J that I was using with my Time Warner/Spectrum service. My extreme service was supposedly providing me 200 MB/sec downstream with the full digital conversion. My old Zoom modem was barely giving me 75-100 MB on speed tests even though it was rated to do 343 MB/sec. Wanting to get my money's worth for my internet since continuing to add to my connected devices in home and take advantage of my Asus AC3200 router, I upgraded to to this Arris modem and have seen the results. My speed tests are now consistently in the 160 - 220 MB/sec and my streaming media experiences are much better with the extra bandwidth. I know Spectrum is now starting to offer modems for free with their service, but preferring to manage my products myself this modem is a good selection and investment.

This is worth the extra money to make sure you're getting the full speed that you pay for from your cable provider. And buying this one will future proof your purchase for a little while. Finally, in my opinion, the surfboard models are the best modems.

This modem is small can be mounted on a wall or service board in your home. I would not mount it in a place it where light from the LED indicators would be an issue as the LEDs are blue and very bright. Great price for this model as well..

I got this unit to replace the spectrum router to save that lease fee they charge and since I use my time capsule for wireless than this unit was recommended by a professional that told me to make sure to get this brand ARRIS. He also added to get a unit with a mortgage minimum of 16 channel downstream so that you don’t have to buy another unit if you decide to have a faster package from them as he said that they control that part from their end so I decided to get the 32 channel due to the fact that I have 10 to 15 products connected to the internet at the same time. So the combination of this product and the time capsule works great just like magic. I get great wireless speed with all these products at the same time. My plan is 100 Mbps and I get in the range of 116Mbps. What’s not to love

This modem is pretty easy to connect and my comcast internet works with this modem. Test three times the speed it's 172 MBPS download speed with Cat5e. 177 MBPS dl speed with Cat7. With Cat7 on this modem Has no more buffering streaming! Worth the buy!

Awesome speeds so far since getting the new internet. Much cheaper then the cost of some of these other modems. Been getting about 340mbps out of our 300 we pay for, so I’d say pretty solid haha.

I was very excited that Charter again allows customer owned modems and have had ancestors of this modem. Super fast and top of line! Installation was very quick and painless, although your mileage may vary depending on cable internet company!

I purchased this cable modem to work specifically with Xfinity high speed internet and it works well. I would highly recommend it for ease of set up and it was not too expensive. Much better than renting one from Xfinity.

Based off some online reviews I chose this model and I am not disappointed, really simple to setup and my connection is great and dramatically better than the Comcast supplied modem I was using which would disconnect all the time.

I had a two-year-old modem that died unexpectedly, so this was purchased with minimal research at the store. The speed is good and the performance (so far) is consistent. I have had the unit for about six weeks and I'm pleased so far.

My old 2012 modem that I was using was only pumping out like 363Mbps at max for internet and needed an upgrade badly. This one has been amazing so far. I've been able to surf the web, game, and more with almost no lag or issues. I'm a novice at this stuff, but be advised; if you live in a one story home, I would recommend a Modem+Router combo. However, if you have more than that, then I highly recommend getting this modem (combined with a router that can at least send out 1.4Gbps). The cheapest modem out there that performs wonderfully. If you haven't upgraded yet, do it! You don't want to be paying more to an internet provider than you should be.

Modem works well and does what it's supposed to do. Build quality feels good and easy to install. Works great with Xfinity. My only negative would be the white color, which sometimes makes it difficult to see the lights. I would prefer this in black.

Everything is working fine. Installation team was very professional and competent.

Recently upgraded my router. Better internet but still lagging. Upgraded to the ARRIS modem and now have excellent internet. Gaming, surfing, music and video chatting at the same time with no issues. Needed cable company to configure it to their system (15 mins tops) and no issue since. Now have the best internet ever since being on line. I am not a tech person that can debate the details of these products, but I can tell you it is definitely worth the investment of time and money if you want internet that works and works well. Now is NOT the time to go cheap. Do yourself a favor and purchase they best, largest capacity modem you can afford. This is where your internet bottle necks. The cable company modem was like bringing a BB-gun bear hunting. It works but you will wish you got the bigger model.

Tried several modems: Netgear models and Arris. This 32 Channel may be more than needed for my setup, but it runs great, consistently speed test significantly above purchased speed. Setup very easy and quick and unit not challenged by Cable ISP.
