Wish I had done this long ago. Had an Xfinity rental and it was time to stop wasting money. This modem was easy to set up and I paired it with an EEOS. They work well and were easy to set up.

Have had this modem for a month now and the quality, speed and performance is outstanding. I would recommend this to price minded users who want great internet service without renting a modem.

This is a great modem. There was really no setup at all. The price was great. We only have 400Mbps right now but great that we can upgrade to gigabit service with this modem if we need!

If you are still giving your cable provider money for a modem, do yourself a favor and stop. Whether or not they will tell you that you can provide your own, this works with up to gig speeds and is much smaller than most units provided.

I am very happy with this modem. Reliable, fast internet speeds obtained from what my area offers simply by plugging it in, calling my internet provider and having the MAC address added to my account. Easy.

The modem is a great item. It was easy to install and linked up with Comcast’s system right away. It works great and is small. It’s easily able to hide out of sight. I would definitely buy it again if I had to do it over.

I purchased this along with a Nest mesh router and I am very happy with it; no lag time and downloading is a lot faster than before so I would definitely recommend this!

Nice inexpensive replacement modem for DOCSIS 3.0 service -- been using the Motorola/Arris modems since early 2000s -- have gone through probably 7 or 8 throughout the years -- this model has more channels than my previous -- got this modem to rule out issues with my previous modem (which was only 2.5 years old, and is fine) -- but had to do that before my ISP came out to troubleshoot my packet loss issue -- attributed to neighborhood saturation during the pandemic, as my signal levels are great -- but I am keeping this modem, anyway, since it does have twice the ds/us channels, and is capable of pushing higher throughput, if I eventually upgrade service

Purchased this because I didn't want to rent from the cable company. This works great, I have had no issues, its fast, what more could I ask for?

The modem I was using previously to this one was the Motorola SB 5101. After six years of use, I noticed my connection started to drop every 20 minutes or so. I gave a call to Comcast and they informed me that my modem was faulty. The rep told me that the modem I was using was a DOCSIS 2.0 modem and that he recommended purchasing a newer DOCSIS 3.0 modem. Supposedly, so it would be compatible with all of Comcast's price plans. This modem gets speeds of up to 172 MBPS as opposed to my old one that went up to 38 MBPS. Do i see any difference in speed? Not really. But that is only because I have the 25 MBPS plan. However, for those of you considering on getting into the higher speed plans like the 50 MBPS or the 105 MBPS, I think this modem will get the job just fine.

Easy setup called cox gave them the info on the unit and 30 min later i was streaming. Im getting 360mbs at the modem on cox 300mbs program and have a nighthawk 1700 router which i am getting 289 mbs wireless speeds thru. So im satisfied.

So happy to be able to return the modem/router combo the cable company forced on me. It will save me the monthly charge. I had my own NetGear Router. Set-up was a breeze. Ordered online, arrived in a timely manner and works great.

This is a great, simple modem; if you have a pre-existing router and only need a new compatible modem based on your internet provider, this is a great choice. I had found a different and less expensive model at Wal-Mart but had to return it as it was defective out of the box. Much better experience this time around!

I bought this as an upgrade with my new wifi. I use this withTWC ISP. Simple and quick setup along with reliable functionality. I bought this to be capable of handling ISP speed ugrades in the future. I would recommnd this to anyone.

Bought this modem because my old one crashed and took the router down with it. This one is so much better! It was easy to install and works fast. Very happy with it and hope it lasts for a while! Works with Cox Internet.

I got this so I could turn in the modem that I’ve been renting from my internet service provider. I combined this with the Eero mesh network for a fast, reliable solution that will save money in the long run.

I have the cheap spectrum ($45/mo) internet and it’s super fast and never disconnect like when you use their old bright house equipment. I used to never get good connections. Now it’s constant.
