Easy to set up. No issues with my setup. It feels future proof

I had previously used a modem/router combo from my internet provider, and switched to a Net Gear router and this modem. The modem is WAY faster than my previous combo item and my speeds are much better. Been working great!

In the past I've used modems from high-speed internet providers that are included with our monthly bill but our usage would routinely cause issues with those devices and traffic would overload the modems. This device has been rock-solid for the past few weeks we've been using it and provides a great amount of throughput. We stream most of our high-bandwidth content from Apple, Netflix, HBO, etc. and all of it has run without a hitch. I have the modem feeding an Airport Extreme base station connected to 24-port router and it's all running like a champ. I've not had a more trouble-free experience over the past few years. It's also nice and compact compared to other devices I've used so it doesn't take up a ton of space on my desk. Highly recommend it!

Seems to be working well and stays connected. replaced an earlier modem that might have been losing connection periodically. This one was simple to set up after calling Comcast to have them put it on their system.

I have had several different modems in the past and decided to go with the Arris for it's speed and performance. I have 6 phones, 4 computers and an xbox one running on this and it never slows down. Well worth the money.

Works great and very reliable. I use it with my Suddenlink ISP. I have switched my internet speeds from 400 MBPS to 1 GBPS and the modem has performed great.

The Arris modem pays for itself in no time if your cable company wants to add $10/month for using their modem. It is ridiculously easy to setup and use and does a better job than the rental units.

Had to replace my older SURFboard, it power finally went out after 7 years. This new modem is great, easy to set up, just plug and play. The reason not 5 stars: the LEDs are real bright, as in they can illuminate my computer room.. There might be a way to turn them down, but i haven't read the owners manual.

The perfect alternative to renting a modem. Super small and easy to set up. Just make sure you add the device to your plan before setting up your Wifi system.

Moving required a new service provider and a new modem to work with their internet delivery system. This modem provided more than enough speed to meet the new package and handles the heavy use of 4 or more devices.

Usually I do not look forward to swapping out routers and modems since invariably you are down for a day or two while you get back all the things to work on line. Not overly techie so I appreciate when something is close to plug and play. We swapped out the modem cause we plan on upgrading the router as well with a booster - streaming videos and the kids learning software (online) were rather slow so we needed to upgrade - we have the best cable service we can get out here but computers on the 2nd and 3rd floors were a bit dogged despite being relatively new models. Phase 1 swapping out the modem went without a hitch and no downtime.... noticed some improvement in computer performance. So far so good.

What an easy set up! I bought a Linksys router at the same time so set up and compatibility were smooth. Just make certain that all cords are correctly seated so that your connection is secure.

I love this modem in combination with my router. It allows my speeds to get up to 180 mbs download. I have had the modem from several months, and I don't have any major complaints. It is a must buy in my opinion.

This cable modem works with Xfinity 300Mbps plan well. I can consistently get 320-350Mbps download and 25Mbps upload. Not much setup is needed with the modem. Just following activation steps with the Xfinity app and activated in 10 min.

This was bought to replace similar model. My old one just died after having it for a few years. I decided to stick with the same model as it’s easy to setup and has always worked well

Got this when my service carriers modem went out. If you know how to set up a router you will be able to set this up. You will need to go onto your carrier account online (I used my phone) and follow their instructions to activate it. Since I work from home I couldn't afford to be without internet very long. I got a new one from my carrier and use this as backup currently in case the one they provide goes out again.

This is a good, reliable modem. Easy to set up. And works exactly as advertised. I’ve had it for a over a month now and no issues. Just set it and forget it!
