Got this when I upgraded my internet speed to 400MB. It is good to 1GB so I should be ready for the future as well. It was easy to install and works just as it should. Would buy this product again.

I've had this unit for a few months and so far its doing it job very well. I recommend anyone who's is using an ISP compatible with this device to consider it. SPEED, POWER AND RELIABILITY!!

I broke down and bought this modem to maximize my speeds from my ISP. This modem ensures I'm getting the most possible Mbps with all the additional channels minimizing lag from heavy usage times in the area.

good price and faster speed then I was getting with my rented Modem from cable company... and saving $7/mo. I was surprised to see I can only plug one item into it, which has to be my wireless router. My prior product, I could plug my desk top directly into Modem for better speed.

Better than comcast's gateway when paired with Google Wifi. Super easy to set up. I also really love calling comcast to reduce my bill...that it also improved my internet is a sweet deal.

I decided to go with a very good DOCSIS 3.0 modem rather than 3.1 which is not available in my area yet. This was easy to set up and has performed flawlessly in the couple of months it has been in service.

Works great. Easy to set up. Been using for 3+ months now with no issues. We regularly stream 4K movies and the modem handles it well.

The ARRIS cable modem looks nice. Set up was easy, just plug it in and connect the RG6 cable to the wall and Ethernet cable to the router. It registers itself. My speed increased over the old Zoom modem.

Modem appears to be rock solid. Setup amounted to plugging it in and a 5 minute call to Time Warner to provide them the MAC address. Now getting 240 Mbps on nominal 200 Mbps service. Lightening fast downloads.

A must have modem if you have xfinity and don't want to pay rental fees. It pays for itself with the benefit of owning the device. Supports up to 1gb speed couldn't ask for more

With both of us working from home, we needed a modem (we were previously renting). This was one of the cheapest options, and it has been absolutely perfect.

I purchased the Arris 6190 because I upgraded from 70 MB to 200 MB connection and wanted a modem that could handle that speed and more. It does what I need it to do for a reasonable price.

I researched different options and this product came recommended by Best Buy team. I'm very pleased with the performance and it was simple to set up. I'd recommend this product!
