Works great with spectrum internet and would recommend it.

This cable modem was easy to install and gave me the speed I needed for Comcast/Xfinity internet. After 10 months it pays for itself based on the monthly fee I would be paying Comcast.

Paired with the google router system have been very happy with the speed and reliability thus far. Only pain point was dealing with Comcast to get registered but I blame that on Comcast.

I was looking to upgrade my existing network. I had an Arris Surfboard modem and router combo. It was over 5 years old. The speed on the WiFi was very slow. And it dropped daily. I called our local Best Buy and spoke to Chris. He explained everything to me. I had some questions and he explained so I could understand. I told Chris what I was wanting the results to be. I bought this modem along with a Netgear Router. I couldn’t be more pleased. Results are amazingly fast. So easy to setup. I highly recommend. I’m a Senior Citizen and if I can set it all up, anyone can. I don’t have WiFi drops anymore. Love it!

A Best Buy associate recommended this for me and it works well. Easy set up and best of all, no more paying xfinity for renting their modem. It takes up less space than an Xfinity modem

We purchased this ARRIS - SURFboard 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem - White to replace another unit of the same model purchased in January. The unit is easy to set up and performed well. However, the original, purchased in January 2021 completely failed after only a few months operation. ARRIS replaced it under hardware warranty, but the replacement takes up to 2 weeks to execute as the failed unit has to be returned first before the replacement would be shipped.

The modem was easy to setup right out of the box, 100% compatible with our service provider. Noticed a big improvement in internet speed and reliability.

Bought this for my father who needed to stop paying the monthly charge for renting equipment. Extremely easy to install and had absolutely no issues getting it connected to Comcast network.

Using on suddenlink 1 gig service and it reaches that speed on wired devices and set up was a breeze.

The best cable modem on the market. It able to support my internet speed of 300 mbps download speed with no problem. So if reliable is what you're looking for you need this cable modem.

Upgraded home internet and paired this with a netgear XR500 and couldnt be happier. Getting almost 800mb down and 30mb up. Easy setup.

Was convinced by store rep to get this modem. It was over 1/2 the price of another one which I originally wanted and performs much better. Plug and play no issues in set up.

So far is going well. Good speed. No lags, no frozen.

Replaced to get in line with Comcast improving service and newer tech. Works great and easy to set up. Actually basically plug and use but the longer wait was giving number to comcast

Compact modem- this unit is 1/4 the size of the TWC modem I've been leasing. Has greater download speed capacity than is available from Time Warner, and no longer have to pay them $8 per month.

We bought our old modem-router about 3 years ago. It was working just fine - until our streaming demands greatly increased recently. Our old device would stop and start, or just stop and wait until I got up to reboot it. After two weeks of that, we decided to replace it in a hurry. It was very easy to install and activate the new modem. And our ISP (COX) had no trouble with compatibility issues. Now we have no more frozen screens, drop out images, or any other too crowded bandwidth related issues. It just keeps on ticking. By the way, this modem, coupled with our new ASUS router works a whole lot better than any one unit modem-router combo device out there. Streaming made easy! Enjoy....

I've had no complaints in regard to this product. It's compact in size and works as advertised.
