I've had no complaints in regard to this product. It's compact in size and works as advertised.

I like having my own equipment options for home internet. Love having this modem. Connected to a linksys Wrt 1900 ac. Super fast. More reliable than Comcast modem/router.

I had this modem before for a few years, but I dropped it twice and the heat sink came lose. I probably could have fixed it, but decided to buy another cable modem. After looking, I went with the same modem as it does what it says and I need, I am pleased with it and the price was good.

We purchased this ARRIS - SURFboard 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem - White to replace another unit of the same model purchased in January. The unit is easy to set up and performed well. However, the original, purchased in January 2021 completely failed after only a few months operation. ARRIS replaced it under hardware warranty, but the replacement takes up to 2 weeks to execute as the failed unit has to be returned first before the replacement would be shipped.

I replaced about a three to four year old Arris Surfboard with this newer version. Set up was a breeze and connection upload/download speeds much faster. Very pleased with the product!!

This modem has been phenomenal compared to what we've had in the past. Our download and upload speeds were less than half that of what our ISP stated we should have. Our ISP provided cable modem also had minimal management options for us, and, being in the Network Security field I wasn't content with their lack of options. We purchased this item with expectations of it being "better than what we had" and we were very pleasantly surprised by blazing download speeds and upload speeds. Maximum control for us, and safety for our devices at home. This item, partnered with a Linksys AC 1200 dual band router has increased our speeds and productivity exponentially. I would highly recommend these items.

Had the previous version but with the software update it limited the max speeds. Had it for years. Hope this one does too. No complaints yet. Would definitely purchase again. Best for the price.

I had a SB6141 that seemed to be flaky. I also upgraded my internet service with Cox to 10Mbps/100Mbps. Once I had Cox activate the modem, I am averaging 95Mbps download and 9Mbps upload. Great improvement.

The modem was easy to setup right out of the box, 100% compatible with our service provider. Noticed a big improvement in internet speed and reliability.

I was looking to upgrade my existing network. I had an Arris Surfboard modem and router combo. It was over 5 years old. The speed on the WiFi was very slow. And it dropped daily. I called our local Best Buy and spoke to Chris. He explained everything to me. I had some questions and he explained so I could understand. I told Chris what I was wanting the results to be. I bought this modem along with a Netgear Router. I couldn’t be more pleased. Results are amazingly fast. So easy to setup. I highly recommend. I’m a Senior Citizen and if I can set it all up, anyone can. I don’t have WiFi drops anymore. Love it!

Upgraded home internet and paired this with a netgear XR500 and couldnt be happier. Getting almost 800mb down and 30mb up. Easy setup.

This cable modem was easy to install and gave me the speed I needed for Comcast/Xfinity internet. After 10 months it pays for itself based on the monthly fee I would be paying Comcast.

The modem is smaller than i expected, super easy to hook up. I replaced my xfinity modem which was very large for this one. Works much better and the speed is wonderful! A definite worthy purchase

Paired with the google router system have been very happy with the speed and reliability thus far. Only pain point was dealing with Comcast to get registered but I blame that on Comcast.

Using on suddenlink 1 gig service and it reaches that speed on wired devices and set up was a breeze.

A Best Buy associate recommended this for me and it works well. Easy set up and best of all, no more paying xfinity for renting their modem. It takes up less space than an Xfinity modem

The product came with excellent instructions and was easy to install. Since installing it has operated flawlessly.

Excellent Modem - Bought this to eliminate monthly fees for Cable company's unit and use my ASUS Router for private wifi! With Magic jack for Phone - savings are the Best thing

I received really good advice in Best Buy and purchased this Arris modem. It works great. Easy to set up, too.
