Easy to set up and my ISP is up to 300mbps and as soon as I connected this ,it shooter to 329 Mbps ..would totally recommend..in an affordable price

We switched out our cable company modem for this one, and we noticed a difference. We didn't conduct a "time" study, but things seem to load faster on our WiFi-connected devices than they did before. The sales associate provided a good metaphor for the faster speed; since the modem has more channels, it was like having a 5-lane expressway instead of a two-lane expressway, which can be useful at high traffic times of the day. This modem has twice the channels as the cable company modem. Real or simply just perceived, the difference has made our online time easier. (Connecting it was easy and took one phone call to the cable provider to register the product.)

Skipped out on Cox's rental modem to purchase this one on the advice of a Best Buy employee. Super glad I did! Setup was simple and speed is unbelievable!

Moved to a new home and wanted a reliable modem and router vs rental fees. Bought this with a nighthawk router. Both work great. Phones, tablets, computers, and tv all work well

I had to upgrade my old ARRIS to much Cox requirement for modems for their Cox Internet Preferred 100. It works good I usually get 120Mbps average speed on internet with this modem.

Needed an upgrade from my 5+ yr cable modem. This one supports the newer speeds available from my local ISP. Super fast and easy to set up.

This modem is a replacement for my older 6141 model. It has more channels so when I upgrade to the highest speed Xfinity has It will be able to support it. If you are renting a modem through your internet provider, stop now. Get this Arris or comparable modem and save yourself at least $120.00 a year. Setting this up is really easy. Just power it up after connecting the coaxial cable and putting the network lan cable into your router. Call your service provider and give them the MAC address of the device and confirm the model number and you should be ready to go in 15 minutes or so.

this was the fastest modem on my cable company's approved list. So I bought it as I don't want to pay a rental fee. Worked out great. No complaibts

I pay for 60mb download through spectrum but i get 70mb with this modem. It was easy setup with a simple call to the cable company and then give them back their garbage modem/router.

I received really good advice in Best Buy and purchased this Arris modem. It works great. Easy to set up, too.

Why pay to rent a cable modem when you can own for less than the rental fees. Very easy to set us and very dependable. Great product.

This is my second Motorola modem. I find it to be very reliable and very fast. Should I need another modem in the future this modem will be one of my first choices.

I was having problems with buffering when watching Vudu movies in high def. I was thinking of getting a newer cable modem model and a whole home mesh wireless routers but the routers are very pricey. So, I decided to get the 6190 cable modem first to replace my older 6141 model and see if this will work. I’m glad I did because the new configuration worked like a charm. I can now watch movies without those annoying buffering issues. At the same time I save the would be cost of the newer model wireless router.

I have Xfinity and this is a better value than renting from Comcast. Speed and reliability are great. I paired it with the Orbi system and our house is covered

This is a little overkill for cox's 300 meg download speed. still have 4 upload channels and 8 download channels not being used. So far very reliable, with quite a bit of expansion room.
