this is an awesome product for your home internet... the speed is great just remember to get a very good router and it will give you a very good performance. get an AC1900 Router and up

Needed to upgrade my modem to support 1gb speeds and this modem works well. I use a mesh system and they work extremely well in my medium size house.

Sleek and compact. Not difficult to set up. Wish they had a light dimming feature. Indicator lights are very bright. No issues on performance.

This is an upgrade from an older model Surfboard 2 in 1 that was spending more time disconnected that connected. After the purchase I stopped by the COX office on my way home to have it added to my account and it was up and running with in ten minutes of arriving home. Since it’s just a cable modem router selection is up to you, but I’m using it with the TP-Link Google OnHub AC1900 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router SKU: 4409400. As long as Google continues supporting the OnHub I think the combination keeps me future proofed for the next few years. The Arris Surfboard’s fast and simplistic delivery of the internet is well worth the price. Don’t forget to price match and enjoy!

Have had no problems at all. Works every time. It was easy to set up and I was happy how the product works. Great overall and I would recommend it for everyone.

When you finally decide to free yourself from extra service provider fees, step up and get an Arris modem. Outstanding performance with zero issues. Simple set-up. Highly recommended.

This is a great cable modem for most users. It is compatible with almost any cable provider and offers great speeds for everyone except the most demanding users.

I purchased this modem after having it recommended by an employee at my local BB. He could have recommended any number of higher priced modems - I was upgrading a modem that had been supplied by my cable company after more than 6 years. He listened to my needs and recommended a modem that gave my family room the ability to connect and grow. It has not disappointed. It produced noticeably better internet speeds and connectivity. Combined with the recommended wifi router my family has experienced notably faster internet.

Easy set up for this Surfboard modem. Once paired with the router for the Wifi feed, it provided a super reliable stream. Works good.

To keep things short simple and to the point, if you are looking for a durable/reliable modem thats basically plug and play even a caveman can do it, this is it!

I've been using the modem for nearly two months now with up to 12 devices operating at one time. The multiple up and down streams allow them all to operate without slow down or buffering

Hooked it to the wall, called Comcast, within 10 minutes I had internet. I have not needed to reset it once in the month it has been connected. Good product, I'm glad i purchased it.

This modem (as are all modems) was extremely easy to install. Plug in, contact your ISP and you are good. The speeds are fantastically fast and this modem was well worth the price.

My old model finally failed so I replaced it with this one. It's been very steady and a nice addition to my home network. Easy and quick setup.

A really good modem for what it offers. Able to push up to 500mgbs, compact design that fits anywhere and reliable performance.

It took my download speeds from 27Mb to 87Mb. Very easy to set-up and get running. Since it has potential for 1.4Gb download speeds I will be ready for the next time they up my speed.

Had this for a couple of months 470 MB down on a 400 mb rated spectrum account. Been up two months no issues - no reboots.

I was experiencing slower internet speeds and difficulty with multiple devices streaming content. I bought this modem and saw a definite improvement over my 3 year old modem. It did not totally solve the issue (I was told by an Xfinity rep before buying the new modem that my slow streaming was likely due to outdated modem firmware, which in hindsight was only part of the issue). I had to get a new router as well, but Speedtest results showed an improvement before the new router, I also get much faster downloads of podcasts. Everything works better, and I also have a modem that should future proof me in combination with my new Linksys AC3200 router.
