Great device. Quick and easy to set up. Great performance.

We recently bought this modem and our internet speeds have been excellent! We previously were using a Netgear modem that was an 8 x 4; however, the knowledgeable sales rep explained to me how tri-band mesh routers work and that we really should upgrade to the 32 x 8 to take full advantage of the internet speeds in your home. It works great and even with a mesh network, we don’t feel the internet has slowed at all due to this upgrade. If we continued to use our existing 8 x 4, it would likely have been very noticeable.

I purchased this to replace my old one after i moved to new home. It was easy to setup, and so far it works good! The internet seems never has any problem in my home.

Easy setup and works great! Just have to contact your cable provider and give them some basic information and wham. Your connected. 10 minutes from start to finish.

So much better than the Modem Suddenlink provides. Simple set up, takes up minimal space and does exactly what it needs to do.

When starting my new service with xfinity I didn’t want to rent a modem for 12-15 dollars a month (do the math this pays for it self after 7). Their website only listed five different models compatible with their service and my location. On my way into beat buy to purchase a modem twice as expensive as this one I saw all these models that’s claimed xfinity Compatibility, I called into xfinity customer service to confirm prior to purchase and they stated yes it will work and yes it does. You just need to call in and get them the Mac id of the device.

I cut my cable and phone lines with comcast and wanted to eliminate the $10/mth rental charge for the modem (i have my own wifi router that is much better than theirs) so I picked up this modem. Purchased this higher grade one as I have blast (200mb download) and assume it will only get faster so didn't go for the cheaper model that probably would have been fine. Well I was pleasantly surprised to see that I now get about 15% faster downloads at about 230mbps. :) The hardest part of the setup was getting ahold of comcast to reset the modem. Overall it was about 15-20 minutes but just waiting for several reboots of the modem.

Needed a modem that is compatible with Xfinity and ASUS RT-AC3100 router. Very easy installation and works flawlessly with my service provider and router.

This product is so easy to install that even non-tech savvy people could do it with no frustration. Easy-peasy!!! Very dependable and zero issues with reliability.

Works very well with Xfinty cable for internet and the speed it good even with 4 to six computers on line at the same time.

I'm using the ARRIS Surfboard 32x8 on Cox with the Premium 150 package. This modem is fast - I perform speed tests with it occasionally and routinely see over 140 Mbps when plugged directly into it, and average 83 Mbps over wireless. I routinely have video streams going to multiple TVs at once and it works great... I have never seen noticeable buffering anywhere. The only slight negative I can say about it is that it takes a bit longer to boot-up and acquire an IP from the service than other modems I have used.

I recently installed the ARRIS - SURFboard DOCSIS3.0 Modem. Excellent product, easy to set up and extremely fast. I can without hesitation highly recommend this modem.

I recently upgraded my internet speed through Comcast from 200 MBPS to 600 MBPS as part of a 2 year contract. I never rent the 2 in 1 unit that comcast will lease to you. As a result of the upgrade I needed to purchase a new modem and router. This modem was easy to install. Arris makes the best modems in the business. I paired this with a Netgear Nighthawk AC4000 router. This combination is far superior to comcasts 2 in 1 unit.

Bought this modem to avoid renting from the cable provider. Easy install, great speeds and problem free.

This modem increased my internet speed. This won't get you more than you pay for, but it will help you make sure you get the most out of what you pay for. I originally had an 8x4 DOCSIS modem and it would be ok but slow down at times. Even without increasing my subscription, this modem sped up my internet connection by connecting to additional channels and being able to avoid the more congested ones. I know routinely get my purchased (advertised) speed on my plan. At 32x12, this supports more channels than my provider currently has deployed. This ensures that this modem will be able to grow along with my provider.

Needed a cable modem quick and Best Buy was the place to go. Easy to install too. Works great. It has 32 inbound channels.

I bought this one year back and no issues . Its easy to set up and works better than comcast rented device.
