Fairly decent modem to manage a regular plan of 100mbps up to other high-speed Easy installation and work with Xfinity. Highly recommended. Just be careful to locate it in a well-ventilated area.

Hooked it up with no issues. I am now able to stream all my tv. Had the same modem before with less features, and never had a problem with it.

works as advertised, which is all it should be. Very fast, installs out of the box simply. Only needed to have cable company activate with the modem attached.

I bought this modem to replace my older Netgear. My old modem was rocking about 75 mbps which I thought was pretty good. After I swapped it out for this guy it jumped to 175 mbps! Obviously results may vary depending on your location but this thing is a beast. Very happy with the purchase. If you rent a modem from Comcast or whomever, buy this modem and stop paying a monthly fee. It pays for itself after the first year or so. There are cheaper versions of this modem too, but as Comcast increases their speeds you want to be able to take advantage and the lower cost versions may not be able to. My 2 cents.

Can't be beat for speed, reliability and esthetics. I recently upgraded to this higher speed version of what I have been using and am extremely pleased.

This Modem was quick and easy to install on my Comcast internet service. It is working as expected.

Rock solid cable modem. Easy set up. Good user interface. Handles my 200Mb/s service from Comcast just fine.

We got rid of our Motorola combo modem router and put in the Linksys 3 node mesh system along with this modem. So far all seems to work well with the modem although it was challenging talking to Comcast to get them to connect it. ( yes you will have to call them) We found that the Xfinity apps would not let you connect even though they had a feature to allow just that! We notice better performance now and will soon be upgrading our Comcast speed and data rate. Note you will need an unmanaged switch if you have multiple Ethernet connections on your existing combo unit.

I upgraded my connection to 400Mbps service and needed a faster modem to support. Set up was easy and I am getting consistent speed.

Works great - no issues. Very happy with results. Are using this with the Google Wifi AC1200 Dual-Band Mesh Wi-Fi System, and all is well.

We had to emergency replace our old arris surfboard router when it was shorted out by lighting. We have a home office and all three of us work from home right now, so being without internet was not an option. Installing and setting up this modem was so simple that the most difficult part was getting out to the store to buy it. it is tidy, simple and supports our internet needs.

Easy hook up with Comcast. Comcasts system recognized the modem right away with no problems at all. Fast. Paired with a Night Hawk router. The end result is speed.

LOVE it. Had so many problems with reception on my cell phone and the picture on my cable tv freezing. Then I bought this modem. It works fantastically. No glitches. Now my cell reception has improved and there are no more cut outs. The tv doesn’t freeze anymore. Can only believe it is the modem which gets the cell and WiFi signal. Should have done it sooner!! Great purchase!!

Have used arris modems for year and haven’t been disappointed with them. Super easy to setup and cheaper then renting from cable provider.

Is it use easy to set up and no problems whatsoever. Very pleased with this purchase that I made over two years ago.

I upgraded my plan with Xfinity so I needed to be replace my old MOTOROLA/ARRIS modem with something new. Apparently, Motorola owned ARRIS at some point a long time ago so I decided to stick with ARRIS which was working for more than 5 years. After comparing prices with compariable MOTOROLA and the ARRIS 6190, the ARRIS is the better deal. I can say my internet is better, although my wifi router is still only getting about 25Mbps download which is disappointing considering I was using a cable to the router from the ARRIS 6190. Overall, it's a big improvement from what I had previously, so I am happy, but I would like to see speeds in the triple digits since I pay for it!

Modem was easy to hook up, and had all the needed items in the box. This let me take full advantage of the 175 MB internet service I had.

Easy installed. Has worked perfectly. Have not had to re-boot since installation. Wish I had purchased it earlier.

I purchased this for home and it hasn't failed me yet. Extremely easy to use and has been a reliable product.
