What a difference this modem made to the speed and quality of the internet. It handles multiple items running concurrently without a blip. Great investment.

The only reason i'm giving 4 stars is because i wish i'd bought the next level up, Docsis3.1, because a friend gets more out of his service with the same router. This one is performing well enough for us though and was easy to set up.

Fairly decent modem to manage a regular plan of 100mbps up to other high-speed Easy installation and work with Xfinity. Highly recommended. Just be careful to locate it in a well-ventilated area.

Rock solid cable modem. Easy set up. Good user interface. Handles my 200Mb/s service from Comcast just fine.

Purchased this to replace our old cable modem which fell victim to a lightning hit. Installation was straightforward and it took very little time for our local ISP (Suddenlink) to provision. Performance is good, no issues so far.

We had to emergency replace our old arris surfboard router when it was shorted out by lighting. We have a home office and all three of us work from home right now, so being without internet was not an option. Installing and setting up this modem was so simple that the most difficult part was getting out to the store to buy it. it is tidy, simple and supports our internet needs.

LOVE it. Had so many problems with reception on my cell phone and the picture on my cable tv freezing. Then I bought this modem. It works fantastically. No glitches. Now my cell reception has improved and there are no more cut outs. The tv doesn’t freeze anymore. Can only believe it is the modem which gets the cell and WiFi signal. Should have done it sooner!! Great purchase!!

I replaced the cable company supplied modem with this one. Easy to setup, actually faster speeds than the cable company one. And now no more monthly modem fees!

Hooked it up with no issues. I am now able to stream all my tv. Had the same modem before with less features, and never had a problem with it.

Got it running in minutes. worked GREAT with our new Netgear router. solved all our cox cable connectivity issues. But 1 week after installing, it started to have issues receiving Cox signal. after another week of dealing with Cox (most techs are LAME, however FINALLY got a good one after multiple calls and hours wasted) and issue was solved. Cox somehow got a bad line code on their end which caused communication issues with the modem. A tech did a little reprogramming and Voila! modem was back to working GREAT. very high speed. has worked great since that initial problem. Which was NOT due to the modem :)

Easy installed. Has worked perfectly. Have not had to re-boot since installation. Wish I had purchased it earlier.

I upgraded my plan with Xfinity so I needed to be replace my old MOTOROLA/ARRIS modem with something new. Apparently, Motorola owned ARRIS at some point a long time ago so I decided to stick with ARRIS which was working for more than 5 years. After comparing prices with compariable MOTOROLA and the ARRIS 6190, the ARRIS is the better deal. I can say my internet is better, although my wifi router is still only getting about 25Mbps download which is disappointing considering I was using a cable to the router from the ARRIS 6190. Overall, it's a big improvement from what I had previously, so I am happy, but I would like to see speeds in the triple digits since I pay for it!
