This modem is not only easy to set up, but super fast ! The fee that Comcast charges for renting it's unit make the purchase of this modem a no - brainer !!!

I purchased this modem to replace my comcast rental- my original plan was to save money from my camcast bill. I not only saved money but my internet speed was doubled what it was before! Great modem for a great price! I recommend this item to everyone who rents a cable modem!

I purchased this modem to replace a combination modem/router so I could use the new Google WiFi. The modem is easy to set up and performs flawlessly.

Very Easy Plug and Play Modem. Easy set up. I like how the modem has mounting holes for wall mount (keeps it off the floor and away from the dust bunnies).

I upgraded to this modem and choosing the 250 mps plan with my provider. My older 8 channel modem just couldn't keep up. Solid performance with this - no issues.

Took longer to get it out of the box and protective stuff than it took to set it up. Worked perfectly after plugging it in and following the couple of steps in the instructions. Great performance though I only have it running a single computer right now. Next is to set up the connection with the TV. Highly recommended.

Purchased this model due to Comcast discontinuing support of our 8 year old version. Ending up getting this for $89 and considering Comcast charges $9/month, this will pay for itself after 9 months so as long as you stay with a broadband provider, owning your own router is a financially wise decision. Setup was simple though if you have a MAC, you will need a ethernet adapter to get this setup on your own. Otherwise, you will need to contact your provider so they can provision the new modem.

Was easy to install. Small and simple. Easy to connect to modem. Easy instructions. No issues. Second one purchased.

We purchased this modem because we thought our previous modem was subpar. After purchasing it, we realized the modem was not the problem. An amplifier installed by our internet provider had gone bad and was causing intermittent outages which eventually led to no internet access at all. In any case, after removing the amplifier, we found this modem to be exceptional. Our download and upload speeds exceed what we pay for and we are very happy with this purchase!

Very fast modem. Looks just like the old motorola surfboards. Easy setup just had to call service provider to activate the new modem on my account.

I was getting sick of renting a modem/router from Comcast, this modem handles all the speeds I need, and it easy to have configured.

It is fast modem and easy setup. Have sign up with TWC with 300 Mbps getting 354 Mbps consistent speeds. That is with the Ethernet connection. On wifi with AC I get around 200 to 254 Mbps.
