Replaced my old Comcast modem with this unit.More speed and 1/3 the size of the old unit. Internet appears to be much faster.

Purchased this modem after I had a connection issue with my SB6121. Turns out it wasn't really the modem but I was advised by Comcast that it is a EOL unit. Therefore enter the SB6190. I purchased this because it was the latest model and BB had it on sale for 50 dollars off. My speed tier was 25/5 just upped it to 75/5. I get 90/12 on wireless with Apple TV. It seems to be a speedier modem than my previous modem that may have something to do with the 24/8 bonded channels Im getting now. So no complaints, very stable modem. Happy with the purchase.

Had a modem/router from our cable provider. Weren't even using the wifi because we also had a wireless router. Ditched the modem from our provider and installed the Arris modem. Just plugged it in, turned it on and there was no noticeable difference. But that's a good thing. The cost of the Arris modem was covered by 3 months of cable provider fees for their modem. No more monthly rental fees. That was our goal, so we're very happy. Its also a much smaller box than the one from our cable provider.

Works good for internet. Compatible with Cox internet . Cheaper than their modem.

Does everything you need it to do with relative ease and high speed.

It is one of the fastest modem in the market. Easy to setup give the speed it promised. Only improvement need is more Ethernet ports.

Great price for a great product. This thing gives reliable speeds and then some. Can't wait for fiber but until then, this modem does it.

its been an excellent device we been running it for two year our service provider is spectrum and we have some eero mesh system router hooked to this and its been flawless no problems i recently purchased this item again to set my parent house with the same setup i have.

My Arris Surfboard cable modem is fast and reliable. I am satisfied with this.

We have three children in the home and at least a dozen devices that use WiFi at this point. (Probably closer to 20). Our old surfboard was outdated and was a 2-in-1 device. We decided to upgrade to a new surfboard and a separate Nighthawk router. Everything has been excellent so far. Be advised, you will likely need to contact your internet provider to activate your new modem and or router. We have Xfinity and we needed them to remove our old device to add the new modem and router to our service.

Really easy to use. We went to a faster internet service and this is great for our fast internet

It was very easy to install with a quick call to my Internet provider. It produced the results I was expecting. Much faster.

Replaced an old Arris SB6121 with this SB6190 to support an upgrade in our internet speed. It was easy to install and the Speedtest demonstrated we were receiving our new bandwidth and then some (225+ Mbps). Unfortunately if we rebooted our router, the router could not acquire an IP address from the modem without rebooting the modem. Our previous modem (SB6121) always delivered an address without a reboot. We just didn’t want to reboot the modem when changing the router config because of the time for the modem to reboot (much longer than our router). Exchanged for a Netgear modem and it always delivers an IP address to the modem.

This modem is awesome!! Super fast speeds. Got rid of the lag in my online games.

This unit has much better speed than the unit from Comcast. Works great.
