We have three children in the home and at least a dozen devices that use WiFi at this point. (Probably closer to 20). Our old surfboard was outdated and was a 2-in-1 device. We decided to upgrade to a new surfboard and a separate Nighthawk router. Everything has been excellent so far. Be advised, you will likely need to contact your internet provider to activate your new modem and or router. We have Xfinity and we needed them to remove our old device to add the new modem and router to our service.

This unit has much better speed than the unit from Comcast. Works great.

It was very easy to install with a quick call to my Internet provider. It produced the results I was expecting. Much faster.

This modem is awesome!! Super fast speeds. Got rid of the lag in my online games.

My old motorola croaked after a decade. I picked this up the same day and activated it with my ISP and was good to go with fast speeds. Because of the higher DOCSIS I even upgraded to a 600 mbps plan and sure enough, it tests out that high. Great modem. I just hope it lasts another decade too.

So far so good. Easy installation to replace an old Netgear modem. I was skeptical to buy it because of the bad reviews with latency problem but at $85 it was too much temptation not to give it a shot. Checked my connection for latency problems on Dslreports but it looks like is not that bad (grades from A to B) and better than most people (D to F) grades. No app and when you login into the modem setting all you can do is to look at the status with no settings or adjustments. I hope it keeps performing good in the long run like the Netgear did for me for 7 years.

I ordered this after being tired of the crappy rental one I got from Spectrum. I knew it would help increase my speeds but I didn't know how much of a difference it would make. Instead of getting half the advertised speeds I pay for I now get slightly over what I pay for. If you're using an old modem and/or a rental I highly recommend upgrading as it makes a huge difference. My download speeds average around 220 mbps when I pay for a "max of 200".

I bought this modem to replace my old Charter modem and it's extremely fast. I can stream movies and play video games without any lagging.

It’s a good router for the price and it was easy to hook up. I got this Modem because I wanted something that is for the future speed.

This was very easy to install and called my ISP to activate with no problems. It has not failed me yet and no lagging on my devices.

This cable modem is very good. Super fast. Very easy to use. I installed with Cox. I'm getting awesome speeds. It is also very pleasing to look at.
