This is my first experience with having my own modem and I love it. Fast speeds, never drops service, and the is fairly compact.

It works like it should and easy to set up. Not a fan of white, but it isn't out to be seen anyway.

Easy setup, plug in, connect , and registered it with my internet provider in less than 5 minutes. So far , it seems to be exactly what I wanted

Much better than that generic modem that comes with your cable provider. The best modem I have ever had. I would definitely recommend.

After MUCH research on modems, I decided to purchase the Arris due to features, reviews and most importantly to me, the 2 year warranty. The ease of setting it up was awesome! I am getting better speed than with the old "rented" modem that was costing me $14.00 a month. This baby will pay for itself in 6 months and comes with a 2 year guarantee, so if you're thinking of buying instead of renting.... don't hesitate any longer!

We had both internet and telephone but wanted to get rid of the landline and were told we had to get a new modem for internet only. The cable company wanted to charge us $179 for theirs or we could rent it for $10.99 a month. We checked with our Best But experts and came up with this little gem. It works great if I had one critique the blue lights shine way too bright. I had to put a cloth over them. Other than that it’s perfect!!

It's small, streams Hulu and Netflix as well as support for several smart devices and computers. Very good price too! Can't go wrong with this.

I bought this to replace the Xfinity modem and stop paying rental fees. Installation was pretty much a breeze and even the Xfinity app on my phone facilitated the process. The app from the maker was not needed. As for speed, it was slightly faster than the old one. It certainly runs cooler and quieter than the Xfinity one that even had a fan.

I use this modem so I dont have to rent from Provider. This unit is very simple to set up and works Great! NO MORE CONSTANT REBOOTS!

I was having trouble with the cable company supplied modem / router so I decided to upgrade. Boy was this an upgrade. I have been using this for about 2 months now and have had no problems since installing this unit. I am now getting the full speed advertised by my cable company and I am using streaming services with absolutely no buffering. Replacing the cable supplied equipment was the best thing I could have done. I paired this with a Linksys EA9500 and have never been happier with my internet and Wi-Fi .. Highly Recommend this unit..

Compact, good quality, great speed, Worth the price, works well with Time Warner/Spectrum ISP, worked perfectly right out of the box

Works as expected. The true test is its longevity. For that we'll have to wait and see. It's nice and compact and seems a bit quicker than the old modem.

Setup was automatic with Time Warner in Los Angeles, CA. Download speed is above 300 Mpbs. Very reliable, my connection is always ready to go.

I bought this to replace the modem I was renting from Comcast. Easy setup, very fast download/upload speeds and completely compatible with Comcast.

Increased our internet speed to 300mbps, so needed a new setup. got this one. glad we did. works great... no down time or lag at all

This was recommended by the Best Buy salesperson. I was looking for a more expensive one. He glad I took his advise. This Modem works perfect. My home is 3,000 sq ft and we have over 25 devices connected at one time (up to 36 devices total), haven't had one issue with the modem. FYI: Did also get a 3 pc MESH router - both work great together. Would definitely but this again and recommend it to all.

no worries plug and play. Only issue was with my provider and had nothing to do with the modem. Works perfectly.
