So far so good. Easy installation to replace an old Netgear modem. I was skeptical to buy it because of the bad reviews with latency problem but at $85 it was too much temptation not to give it a shot. Checked my connection for latency problems on Dslreports but it looks like is not that bad (grades from A to B) and better than most people (D to F) grades. No app and when you login into the modem setting all you can do is to look at the status with no settings or adjustments. I hope it keeps performing good in the long run like the Netgear did for me for 7 years.

This modem was set up in a matter of minutes using the clear steps that were needed. It allows great speeds in a solid compact design.

My old motorola croaked after a decade. I picked this up the same day and activated it with my ISP and was good to go with fast speeds. Because of the higher DOCSIS I even upgraded to a 600 mbps plan and sure enough, it tests out that high. Great modem. I just hope it lasts another decade too.

The set up was easy. Purchased because cable provider said we needed to update modem to get the #mbs on our plan. Seems to be working fine.

All the latest stuff. Super fast. Easy setup. Too bad I really didn't need a new modem. Just a Comcast problem. I needed an backup anyhow.

We had both internet and telephone but wanted to get rid of the landline and were told we had to get a new modem for internet only. The cable company wanted to charge us $179 for theirs or we could rent it for $10.99 a month. We checked with our Best But experts and came up with this little gem. It works great if I had one critique the blue lights shine way too bright. I had to put a cloth over them. Other than that it’s perfect!!

Very happy with this purchase! My old modem was about 5 or 6 years old and was only able to get about 120 megabits per second down even though I was paying for over 300. Immediately after getting this thing configured with Cox, I was Blazing at 320 +. Very happy with this product, and the fact that down the road when I get gigabit Ethernet it will also support that speed. Arris make some other decent modems but I would spend the extra coin and get this one to really make sure you are set up for the long term.

After MUCH research on modems, I decided to purchase the Arris due to features, reviews and most importantly to me, the 2 year warranty. The ease of setting it up was awesome! I am getting better speed than with the old "rented" modem that was costing me $14.00 a month. This baby will pay for itself in 6 months and comes with a 2 year guarantee, so if you're thinking of buying instead of renting.... don't hesitate any longer!

no worries plug and play. Only issue was with my provider and had nothing to do with the modem. Works perfectly.

Works fine, no issues. I connect to my wireless router for very fast streaming. Very reliable so far, no resets of internet yet

Works as expected. The true test is its longevity. For that we'll have to wait and see. It's nice and compact and seems a bit quicker than the old modem.

Setup was easy and i haven't had any connectivity issues. So far, the speed seems to be ok and i do observe some slowness intermittenly. am not sure if its the modem or service provider. I am happy with my purchase.
