I had really bad connection at my house. I checked this item online and i thought I might need one in order to get a good signal at home. I am happy I got it because since I installed it I get a very good signal. It is very easy to install it.

Easy to install and provides everything we need. We can use the internet, game, stream. No problems.

I replaced the modem provided by Xfinity with this modem... wow, what a difference. My wifi is much faster and more stable than before without modifying the service from Xfinity. Since I returned the Xfinity modem, they are no longer charging me for the rent of the modem, which the savings will pay for the new modem in time. Great to pair this modem with a quality wireless device like the eero.

I complained to Spectrum for a few weeks about losing connectivity for hours on end and they seemed to claim it was my equipment, so maybe the modem was getting tired - why not get a new one? It was on sale and has the potential for 1G download speeds. Just about while unboxing the new modem, Spectrum notified me that they would be replacing equipment in the area, because of an "area wide problem" so the problem was, as some net diagnostics indicated, on their side. I'm getting the same speeds, but that's not the modem's fault at all. If you don't have the need and bandwidth available, it's a good choice.

The set up was easy. Purchased because cable provider said we needed to update modem to get the #mbs on our plan. Seems to be working fine.

Very happy with this purchase! My old modem was about 5 or 6 years old and was only able to get about 120 megabits per second down even though I was paying for over 300. Immediately after getting this thing configured with Cox, I was Blazing at 320 +. Very happy with this product, and the fact that down the road when I get gigabit Ethernet it will also support that speed. Arris make some other decent modems but I would spend the extra coin and get this one to really make sure you are set up for the long term.

Easy to set up and speeds are right on the mark. So far, this is shaping up to be a great purchase.

I replaced a very old Asus modem. The ease of installation and use is out of this world. I am very happy with its performance

All the latest stuff. Super fast. Easy setup. Too bad I really didn't need a new modem. Just a Comcast problem. I needed an backup anyhow.

This item is very easy to set up and the price is very affordable...

Works fine, no issues. I connect to my wireless router for very fast streaming. Very reliable so far, no resets of internet yet

This was very easy to set up,the price was excellent and it is working perfectly!

Had to replace the cable modem I had, due to an eletricle storm. I tried using a number of other modems but none of them worked well; I could have gone with the comcast modem but I did not like having comcast, or anyone else control my wireless. So I purchsed SURFboard and installed it. it took some time working witht he cable support group but it was worth it. I, once again, have a stable connection and it is faster then the one I had. Highly recomend it if you have a wifi solution already.

Setup was easy and i haven't had any connectivity issues. So far, the speed seems to be ok and i do observe some slowness intermittenly. am not sure if its the modem or service provider. I am happy with my purchase.

Not the very best unit you can buy but is reliable and cheap. Has wonderful performance for cost and haven’t had any issues.

Dependable, replaced my Xfinity rental with this model 15 years ago, until it fried from a power surge recently. I bought the exact same one again, a lot cheaper than the first time.

Realized I was paying for internet speeds that I wasn't getting from my old router/modem combo. set up was easy, boy this thing cranks

Best modem ever. I have had many modems and have use them with many Internet providers including Comcast, Time Warner cable, Cox communication, and this by far holds up the best out of any modem that I’ve seen. It totes that it has a gigabit ethernet download speeds and I have not been able to test that, but can say for the 200 down that I get, I now get A more reliable download rate Then ever had previously. Arris Did the right thing by keeping the Motorola design. Hands-down best mode of ever using DOCSYS 3.0

Easiest set up and display on a modem, to date! Pushes very fast speeds and holds up to anything my provider can push out.
