I have only had this device for about a month. Works good, no issues or problems came up during set up. works for my internet connectivity needs.

Not too much to say. I needed an upgrade to keep up with my faster speeds from COX. So far the modem has performed well.

Replaced cable service provider rental modem/router with the ARRIS SB6190 & Google Wifi 3-pack. Modem was an easy DIY install with service provider activation over the phone. I pay for 150 mbps and consistently get no less than 170 mbps download (12 mps upload) internet speed which is more than sufficient for streaming 4K videos, a couple of VPN connected laptops and 6 IOS devices connected & used simultaneously at certain times. I am very satisfied with this purchase!

My old Xizel modem died, and wanted to get a modem that even 24x7 would not let me down. Nowadays with lots of devices and 4k steaming you need a moment that would do the job with minimal maintaince. This does the job, can maintain 2 4k sessions and 2 Citrix computing sessions at the sma time. Just don't forget to pinch the magic reset hole every 2 weeks or so, so your ISP provider keep the agreed speed. I would buy it again if needed.

I replaced an older version with this one comcast just screams along .very happy with purchase , super easy setup.

This modem is fast and reliable. Works pretty much with all major providers so that wont be an issue at all.

Streams 4K video without a single hang in 3 weeks. All content downloads much faster than play rates. Best internet experience I've ever had. In an newer, rural, neighborhood. On TWC at up to 300Mbps. This modem feeds a Linksys Max-Stream AC5400 MU-MIMO gigabit router. In the basement in a corner of the house it blankets the entire house (3 stories) with 5g wifi (except one room that's a little dodgy). Tech installing (new) TWC service was able to get it activated with no problems. Would highly recommend both.

It was so easy to set up. Very user friendly..powerful enough to handle 3 Smart TV's, a Laptop & a All in One printer!

Runs like a charm and tiny. Paired this with the Nighthawk DST AC1900 and the entire house is screaming fast with zero dead spots.
