After lots of fustration with my cable provided modem/router I began to do some research and spoke with one gentleman at my local Best Buy store who was able to explain to me the modem options I could grab with the amount of mbps I was paying for. Thinking of the future and the awesome no questions asked price matching Best Buy provides I decided to grab this one. Every time I run a speed test on my modem I see wonderful results. I pay for 200mbps I can push thru way more with this modem. Very satisfied with the product!

The cable companies do not want you to know about products like this. They make a fortune off of monthly "rental" fees for the cable modem they provide. Buy one of these and it will pay for itself in short time. Incredibly easy to set-up. Have had it for over a year and no issues.

It works. I have Xfinity 100 down 5 up so I didn’t need anything magical since I don’t pay for super fast service (although this modem would support it)l. My 6 year old SB6141 started to have a lot of uncorrectable errors and upgrading solved my connection problems. Swapping modems and activating with Xfinity online took about 10-15 min. Much cheaper in the long run to buy your own equipment Vs renting from the provider.

Plugged it in on day one and it's been over a month and I've had no problems with it at all! I haven't tested out the max speeds yet due as my internet connection isn't the fastest yet but I've set up this modem with a Google Wifi Mesh system and I'm happy to say it's been great so far - especially with everyone working and doing school from home. It's compatible with my Xfinity service in Seattle.

Streams 4K video without a single hang in 3 weeks. All content downloads much faster than play rates. Best internet experience I've ever had. In an newer, rural, neighborhood. On TWC at up to 300Mbps. This modem feeds a Linksys Max-Stream AC5400 MU-MIMO gigabit router. In the basement in a corner of the house it blankets the entire house (3 stories) with 5g wifi (except one room that's a little dodgy). Tech installing (new) TWC service was able to get it activated with no problems. Would highly recommend both.

Runs like a charm and tiny. Paired this with the Nighthawk DST AC1900 and the entire house is screaming fast with zero dead spots.

I have purchased other brands because friends told me that they were the best. That other brand had to be replaced after their service dept failed me. I personally knew that Arris was a great product. After the regret of listening to family and friends, I went with the Arris quality and I have had the best thekind of speed and output that I expected. This is a great oroduct!

This was very easy to set up and works well with Cox cable. Plugged my Google wireless mesh into it to cover my house.
