I was paying $10/month for a box from Comcast that was not even capable of the speed that they were selling me...Go figure! Anyways, this box gets the job done AND I no longer am forced to share my internet with others seeking hotspot access. Do the math, 15 months at $10 and the silly thing is paid off. I freaking love NOT paying for things I don't have to!!! Huge download and upload speed (as long as your wifi router supports the speed!) NOT compatible if you require a phone line! NOT a WIFI router.

Reliable so far, and definitely faster than the modem provided by the cable company. Some of the plastic wrapping on this is actually quite hard to remove.

The modem has worked relatively flawlessly. It has gotten warm once but other than than, I am funning my wifi system at 100MB Download and the router is fed by this modem. Very pleased so far.

Bought this in conjunction with the orbi and both are awesome combined. Good price for the speed it provides.

Good price, pretty much a newer model of the same Motorola I bought years ago. Easy to set up. working fine.

My husband gave me our old modem and I went to BB (50 miles away) to get a replacement. When I handed it to the clerk, he laughed and said it wasn't the modem; it was the router! So I gave him what info I had (which wasn't much!) and our service provider. He came back with this modem. It was exactly what we needed and is working perfectly! And I did explain to my husband the difference between the router and the modem!

I upgraded my Internet service to a faster speed, but in order to actually get that speed, I had to upgrade my cable modem. This one was a good price and could handle the speed that I was paying for. This modem will not, however, handle, 1000mbs down, so if you have that speed, you'll need to get a step up from this modem.The way I figured it, by the time I need a modem that fast, the 1000mbs modems will be a lot cheaper.

No concerns. Easy to set up and working great. It was recommended for our WiFi system and it’s worked just fine.

This router has the high speed required to run even the fastest internet service. It is compact and super easy to set up.

Modem works as intended and reliable. I have installed quite a few of these modems for customers. You can install this modem with a Comcast triple play package if you do not going to use the Comcast phone service. You’re just going to need to get supervisor on the phone to get the old least modem off the account. Seems like Comcast reps are either too lazy or unknowledgeable on getting it done.
