this replaced a Motorola SB6121, which was working fine. I wanted to replace it to gain more channels and faster upload/download speeds. I immediately saw around 25% increase in hardwired speeds with wireless speeds increasing around 15%. All through Netgear F5D8233-4 N router. I wound up replacing the router with Orbi AC (see my review of this under MSK1) and the wired and wireless speeds are now amazing!! So if you get this modem - do yourself a favor and update your router immediately to an AC..

Extremely easy to setup. Brought my 60 mbps to 220mbps for download. Upload is now at 26mbps. Worth the money in my opinion.

Modem was easy to hook up and set up. It has been working flawlessly and keeps up with my high speed internet.

Nice and compact. Paying for 75mbps with xfinity, did a speed test several times with results of 88-92mbps each time

I bought this modem to replace a modem we had been renting from Comcast. We had upgraded to the Blast 150 package but weren't getting the advertised speeds, averaging around 125-132mbps down/18mpbs up. After installing the Arris SB6190 our average speeds jumped to around 172-179mbps down and 22-25mbps up. After reading reviews here and on Amazon I was cautious about potential issues, but so far we have experienced none. I would recommend this modem, but ad the caveat that results may vary.

My internet was stopping. The cable provider rep said the modem was "eol" and I needed an upgrade. Also I needed advice so I asked the Best Buy sales rep who recommended this modem as the speed exceeded the eol concern. In brief, the modem set up was very easy. It comes with all the cables needed. Just plug it in and call the Internet provider. There have been no failure problems and the modem is rather stylish with its slim design and I like the fact that it is white. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Easy to connect. Works great. I like the fact it is smaller than old one and doesn’t take up as much space

With my netgear n600 combo modem router I was having issues with speed and dropping the signal. So I wanted something I wouldn't have to upgrade in the near future. Docsis 3.0 is good enough, docsis 3.1 is better but comcast doesnt even come close to the speeds of docsis 3.0 , so there is no need to upgrade to 3.1 when 3.1 speeds aren't available yet. But as far as the product, it's amazing, i haven't dropped signal with about 6 devices pulling from it and it runs flawlessly

This is my 3rd Ariss cable modem. Take it out of the box, plug it in and it's ready to go. Works seamless with Comcast.

This modem has not failed and is as fast as the internet can be. It is however way to bright. It lights up the whole room at night which is super annoying.

I was looking to cut my internet bill down with my provider of Xfinity. Renting a modem from them was $15 a month for what I considered to be subpar equipment. Once I installed this and my new mesh network for wireless, I saw a huge performance gain with internet speeds. I would recommend that everybody purchases their own modem and stop giving extra money to your internet providers

I bought this modem so I can take advantage of all of my speed that I am paying for. So far it has been great. I think I have plenty of room for future proofing my Internet download speed's.
