Gotta Love it! We purchased our NightHawk Router the same day. We were renting the Spectrum before we purchased our own. Man what a difference. We added on our own stronger VPN and FireWall. With the new router this modem is screaming!!!! We have no more buffering anywhere around the house. SWEET!!!! All of Apple and hmm hmm android products now work flawlessly.

Easy to install, plug and wow, what an improvement!! Removed the construction of our older DOCIS 2.0 router and doubled our speed on a mid level internet plan. Distance and download speed improved at the property extremities. Awesome results!

TheArris-SURFboard 32x8 Docsis 3.0 Cable Modem is very fast and reliable. Much better than my old one

We cut the cord and replaced our providers cable modem with the Arris SURFboard and it has handled all our needs without a hitch. We stream to 2 tvs, 3 computers, 2 phones and Alexa devices. when our children and grandchildren come the number of devices shoots up with phones, pads and gaming devises and we have not had any problems with the Arris keeping all devices on-line.

The modem is a lot faster than my old one. It is easy to setup. I have had zero problems with the modem.

This little Modem is small and quiet and I hardly know it's there, which is honestly exactly what I wanted - something I didn't have to keep fussing with and restarting. I've had it for about a month and very happy so far - no issues with my internet to date! Easy to hide away in a corner cabinet, too!

I purchased this modem after realizing my stupidity of paying a monthly lease fee to my cable company for way too many years. There were a variety of models available but this one was at the low-end cost-wise and it has worked flawless with my cable company.
