Awesome modem very fast and easy to setup. This will save money after about 1 1/2 years.

I noticed an immediate difference in my internet speeds after switching from an older model Surfboard with DOCSIS 2.0. The 32 downstream channels X 8 upstream channels make a BIG difference in how much bandwidth that your cable modem is able to utilize. I ran an Internet Speed Test on my computer before purchasing this modem and then again, afterwards and my speeds increased substantially both with wired AND wireless connections.

For a wired network is a good device easy to install and use

We had this exact same model, which stopped working after 3 years. We replaced the old one with this same model, and it works like a charm.

The vendor provided modem we had kept freezing and was not performing well. This one has been very reliable and has been sending out the speeds we are paying for.

Seems to be working just fine. I have not had any issues.

We had a previous Arris cable modem that lasted almost 10 years. The new modem is working great, as well as, we got great service from the crew at Best Buy.

It was easy to setup and it increased my ability to download at much higher speeds (35 --> 140 MBPS).

Highly recommend this Modem. The improvement over cable company provided modems is significant. At $90 it's a good deal for a 32X8 channels and when it's on sale it's a fantastic deal. The only compliant I have is that the lights on the front are incredibly bright. But that's easily fixed with some masking tape.

We were using Spectrum provided modem and router. Finally decided to make a move. So far so good. Our mbps download speeds have almost tripled. Upload speeds went from .39 to between 11.5-12.0 when I checked after it was up and running. We also purchased a Eero 3 piece system to mesh with this. Extremely happy so far. This is a very economical choice with great results.

Got this to replace a modem I was renting from the cable company that was constantly restarting on its own. While they were going to replace it for free I was tired of renting one from them and decided it was time to purchase my own. This modem is more then capable of handling the max speeds my provider has to offer at the moment and when they finally do bring gigabit service to my area it will be able to handle that as well with 32 downstream channels.

Got this for Cox 100 mps internet. I did a speed test and it pumped out 177 mps. Easy to set up.

wow - I just upgraded my modem to take advantage of 400 mbps service and I am loving it - the modem was super easy to install - Suddenlink recognized it right away and it started humming and has been going for a few weeks without incident - when I run speedtest I am consistently getting speeds north of 400 mbps -

This modem doubled my internet speed. It is one of the best purchases I have made. It runs great with cox.
