Was forced by my Cable Company to upgrade my cable modem. This is a very good modem for the price. Easy to setup and troubleshoot.

Nice modem. Works properly. Hookup is easy and simple, just call the cable company to let them know you have your own modem and stop paying that rental fee.

Replaced the old one with the same model. The old one lasted 6-7 years. New one set up was easy and it has worked well so far.

After having issues with my previous modem/router I decided to simplify by purchasing this modem and then adding a google nest WiFi mesh. The modem is perfect and works seamlessly with the google system. I would suggest this modem to anyone who was trying to get the faster speeds without complications of having a modem/ router over heat and shut down.

There are not many Internet Providers that send speeds to 1.2GB of downloading speeds, but the price was right when I purchased it for about $110. I wanted something that can distribute appropriate bandwidth throughout my spatious home and this piece of technology is able to fullfil that. The speeds I pay for are for 200 mb/s and my download speeds vary from 115-195 mb/s wirelessly. In wall initiation is the full 200 mb/s. Great modem!

I've always owned a dual-band WiFi router. The speeds I pay for and the speeds I get are laughable. As soon as I set this up, I noticed the lightning fast speeds! I can't go back to a dual-band after owning this. Initially, it didn't work but I discovered I had to inform TWC of the new modem so they could "activate" it. That part was annoying. I had to call ARRIS, who told me this. They have amazing customer service as well.

This modem has worked without an issue so far for me, and it has worked very well. It can easily handle a high load from gaming, web-surfing, and streaming all simultaneously with room to spare. And given its technical specifications, it is ahead of the curve and should continue to work well even if my service provider upgrades their internet service (charter communications). It is a great way to help future-proof your internet equipment setup.

I have had this modem since July 5th it was easy to install and so far meets all my expectations.

I was going to wait for the new Docsis 3.1 modems, but decided to go with this one. I've tested this at a sustained 150Mbps down and it keeps up without issue. I guess the best complement I can give is after I installed the unit, I had to do absolutely nothing to it. It just worked. The broadband modem has a nice status web page that shows power levels (this is useful if your cable provider goes out-of-spec in cold or hot temps).

Solid Modem. Been using it for about 2.5 years now, still going strong. Only minor issue is I managed to lock myself out of the UI and it won't let me back in. Factory reset and everything. I'm sure I could spend some additional time and effort to get it unlocked again, but honestly, its operating flawlessly the way it is.

Works great. Hooked up and it started to work after cable company pinged a signal and added it to their system.

Internet was running slow so it was time for an upgrade. Easy to set up and Internet works fast again.

Plugged it in, called in the MAC, works ! What more could one ask for ? Great modem.
