Great product! My ISP's equipment was no where near up to par for our internet usage. The guys at our local best buy explained how the difference is when you have a modem+router as apposed to both. My internet has been the best it has been since our promotional deals through the Isp since 2015.

I got rid of the rented cable modem and invested in my own. I have not had to restart my network a single time since investing in my own modem. This one has a small form factor, so it really takes up very little room. I has operated flawlessly with my Apple products on the network. I think this modem performs well outside its price point.

This modem is the best modem for cable customers subscribing to any speed tier under gigabit. I know, I work in the industry. The surfboard line of modems have always been tanks. Bought this model for my mother a few years back, and just recently, my nephew. Gigabit service would require a docsis 3.1 modem, which Arris also makes.

Was having problems staying connected with previous Surfboard Model which was top of the line just a year ago. This cable modem connects to my Orbi Wifi network and manages a 4K TV, a plasma TV with Rocu, a Marantz wireless receiver, three flat panel TVs, An Apple IMAC, a Puget PC, two laptops and 2-5 cellphones in the main house and two more TVs, two cell phone, two laptops and a game console in the guest house.

Very easy to set up. Trouble free so far. Provides a fast internet connection.

I switched from an 8x modem to this 32x modem. My cable company technical support recommended at least 16x since their upgrade. This modem should give me room for future service expansion. I rated this 4 stars because I really expected more speed and connectivity reliability. While I have noticed an increase of download speed improvement, reliability with connectivity hasn't improved as much as expected. Still not sure that is a modem or cox cable issue. I did have to reset the modem's factory setting once already at the request and assistance of the cable company. This did help some as well.

So far it’s been super fast and no issues. I would definitely buy it again.
